We really enjoyed our anniversary cabin! Such a beautiful view from the sun porch area seeing the river. Loved everything about the place and hope to come back for our next anniversary 😁 The hosts were great! They came and helped us with everything to know about the cabin. Gave us a basket of grapes, chocolate covered strawberries and lilac jelly. Loved the size of the place, perfect for us. Highly recommend the cabin and the hosts! 10/10!

We came to Dragonwood for a small family getaway and had the most amazing time. Carrie was an extremely attentive host and we were never lacking in activities, even when the weather was on the dreary side. We’re looking forward to booking another stay next year!

This is the 6th year in a row we have stayed here. we live 2 hours away but Greenville has always been our happy place. this cabin has been our tradition. there was way more than we expected. we had no idea there was a arcade game and darts in the game room or corn hole and ping pong out on the new rock slabs. the fire pit was renovated and its beautiful. we made smores. life is about spending time with family and making memories with your kids. woods all around is absolutely the perfect place to do that.

we all had a great time snd hope to stay there again soon! location is great and easy to access. we were granted early check-in which was extremely helpful!

Kevin and Cathy's place is spotlessly clean and in a pristine and serene setting. Great location on the lake with views of sunsets and sunrises. The kitchen and baths appear to be renovated and are in spotless condition with lots of supplies. We really didn't need a thing. There was never a need to reach out because instructions and pre-checkin in communications had already answered everything. We didn't use any of the many kayaks (a bit too chilly) but we did enjoy the firepit. We like the layout, with bedrooms on the top floor and living space downstairs - adults could sleep in while kids were free to have breakfast and play downstairs. I can't think of anything to add or change about this lodging. It was a wonderful visit.

We had a lovely time at Ellen‘s home with four adults and two kids enjoying a last few days of summer vacation. Our family enjoyed using the paddleboard and canoes to spend time on the water. The beach was perfect for swimming too. We also loved the walking paths along the pond and all of the benches and picnic spots. Having all of the games and roomy indoor space was very helpful on a rainy morning. Ellen left many helpful instructions. Thank you and we hope to return again!

Such a great place. Truly a beautiful place and setting on the lake. Lots of stuff right at the house for us to do. We had a smaller group this time but the house can really support a much bigger family gathering. Will definitely try to bring my whole family next time. Hosts were great.

We loved our one week stay at the cabin! It was really wonderful living right at the lake, having breakfast outside, kayaking, going swimming almost every day and just enjoying the time doing nothing or reading. We also went hiking in the nearby State Park which was great. The cabin was very cozy and had everything we needed. Communication with Kim was really easy-going. We definitely recommend the cabin to anyone who wants to get away from everything for a while.

It was a cozy cottage on the lake. The house was beautiful, fully equipped and the scenery was spectacular. Everything you needed to relax and enjoy time with family; there were 3 of us. Outdoor grilling, fire pit to make smores at night, night-time star gazing, steps away to swim, kayak and watch and listen to the loons.

Our stay here at the cabin was wonderful. The view was beautiful and when you stand outside you har nothing but nature. The furniture was comfortable and we instantly felt relaxed. The hosts were great, and even took the time to message us to let us know that the Northern Lights were out! We were very grateful for that as a few of us had never had the opportunity to see them. We were sad when our stay came to an end and we had to leave.

This cabin was great! Amazing location on the water with beautiful views. Convenient spot on the property with easy access to restaurant/brewery/New England Outdoor Center. We had a great weekend XC skiing and enjoying gorgeous views of Katahdin. We even enjoyed a beautiful sunset watching a family of bald eagles on the lake in front of the mountain. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and cozy. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

The cabin is absolutely beautiful! Right on moosehead lake easy walk down to get right to fishing! If i had any questions peter was very helpful and had no problem answering me and even texted to make sure i was having a good stay! Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to get out to moosehead!

I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay. We couldn't have found a better place for our group of nine adults. We were all comfortable and had plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The house had everything we needed. The host had great communication and the location was beautiful! We can't wait to stay here again.

My husband, toddler, dog and I had a tremendous stay at Joshua’s camp. The description matched the photos exactly—and quite honestly, the camp is even better in person. We loved our time here, and wish we’d had longer! It’s in a gorgeous location with endless opportunities for hiking (even outside of Baxter SP 🙂) within a reasonable distance nearby. We found it rustic, but it had everything we needed to be comfortable (even when the power went out during a windstorm). Joshua was a very responsive and communicative host, and we would love to stay here again!

Spent a long weekend at this cute little cabin. My husband and I loved it so much, we wish we could buy it! I do wish there would have been a shower instead of just a bathtub and it was dog friendly. We would love to come back every year but we have a growing family and hate to leave our furry friends behind. Overall, beautiful location, peaceful, and quite. Perfect for a getaway!

We had such a great time kayaking and exploring the gorgeous Mountains! The house is in good location to both NEOC and Baxter state park and the host responds in a timely manner! Overall great location in Millinocket.

Tracey's place was perfect for our needs. Tracey provided clear instructions to access the property and was communicative during the stay. Tracey was also flexible with the change in dates I required. Absolutely would stay again if in the area.

Mark and Julie’s house had everything one could ask for! Right on the water with an amazing view; within walkable distance to the best brewery and restaurant in town; and close enough the NEOC rafting outfitter to make an early check-in feel rather seamless. Our group traveled with 8 individuals and the house fit us all comfortably. Mark was also very responsive and expressed an authentic care for our trip. All in all, we would certainly recommend his house to anyone else interested in visiting the pastoral town of Millinocket!
