Fantastisch, indrukwekkend, prachtig. Misschien zijn het de drie bijvoeglijke naamwoorden die we het meest horen als ze dit bevoorrechte appartement bezoeken. Geweldige accommodatie met een fantastisch uitzicht op zee, het beste huurappartement in Sant Martí d'Empúries. Wie op deze zolder verblijft, we hebben de zekerheid die zich herhaalt. Het vertegenwoordigt echt het beeld van een appartement op het strand, waar we allemaal van hebben gedroomd, het ene of het andere.

Tu familia lo tendrá todo a un paso en este alojamiento situado en pleno centro de Roses, a tan solo 1 minuto caminando de la playa, y junto a la encantadora plaza San Pere, la más ambientada del pueblo. Olvidaos del coche durante vuestas vacaciones, ya que desde el apartamento podreis visitar toda la vila. El apartamento, de 40 m2, está recién reformado con epecial encanto, y cuenta con todo lo necesario para vuestra estancia. Tiene un pequeño balcon en el dormitorio.
