Hosts went above and beyond, provided extras such as make up removal wipes, a variety of coffee pods, games. Very well stocked with paper products, detergent, soaps, etc. The kitchen was also well stocked. It was a very comfortable stay for our families.(8 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs ). It was also very close to multiple restaurants and shopping options.

Ginger is so sweet and has such an amazing farm. My kids really enjoyed seeing the animals and had plenty to do around the farm and in the home. My family and friends found the stay very comfortable and the house won us over with it's charm and layout. We were in town for a wedding, but this would be the perfect place for a country get away with multiple families or lots of kids of different ages. The only down side was that we happened to be there during lady bug season so there were a few around the house, but that didn't detract from our wonderful experience and 5 star rating.

Our family loved this home. Our host was extremely accommodating with items left for us to use. She even had monkey bread made for our breakfast which was delicious. We would definitely recommend this place to stay Very clean and spacious Our host was very gracious on answering any questions also

I believe this was my fourth stay at the Carriage House - it is a beautiful, peaceful place and spotless. Laurie and Harry are wonderful, warm hosts. I so appreciate the ability to walk around their land and by the river. I look forward to my next stay with them.

This is a beautiful town home it was my home away from home of visiting the Denver area. It was a very peaceful and quiet during my stay and everything was just so it was described. I had a very pleasant stay and will be looking to this place again in the future.

Christina’s home was great! The home was clean, quiet and safe. My family really enjoyed the tennis courts across the streets and the provided equipment. The home is very close to downtown, Drake University and so many shops and restaurants. If you need a place to stay, choose this home!

This is our second stay at the Farmhouse Inn. Both times we have invited 4 other couples for a weekend of fun and relaxation. We brought our own food drinks and cooked great meals and had a great time together. We watch UNL Volleyball and walked around the property. We went to Hartington and had good beer at the brew pub. They also had live music. It was a great trip. The house is great for 4 couples. The kitchen is the best of any airbnb that I have ever stayed at. Lots of plate, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils etc.... It is large and easy to cook in. The beds are comfortable. The internet works well. The property is private and comfortable. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity presents it self.
