This was a beautiful house, even bigger than I had anticipated, nice yard, very private, quiet, safe little neighborhood. Spotlessly clean, decorated nicely, but simply, just perfect. Very welcoming for pets and for children as it was very thoughtfully laid out with 2 bathrooms and 2 twin beds in front. Also a nice large TV which gave an almost theater-like experience! Great place, I'd definitely stay again if need be.

I have stayed with Denice many times. Her property is perfect for our use. Very comfortable and clean. Denice is an awesome host. Will be back again next year.

This place exceeded my husband and my expectations. We were hoping to find a calm and clean place to stay on our way home to Minnesota after a 3 weeks road trip. The house was so clean and cute inside. It was very techy and it has a hot tub. The host and place get a 5 of 5 ⭐️s Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely place! J&Z

The place was great for a weekend stay while our son was visiting Central College. Super clean and very comfortable. Snacks left for us was a great touch for sure! We will definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful property! I enjoyed my stay. Melissa left some fresh flowers, fruit, and muffins, and the home felt so welcoming. I enjoyed relaxing on the front swing porch, and the beautiful neighborhood felt safe to walk.

This was a really great place to stay for peace and quite with beautiful countryside surroundings. Very clean and comfortable. Everything regarding kitchen and bathroom needs well supplied (plenty of pots, pans, dishes, spices, oil, towels, etc). The deck with string lighting and hot tub was a really great added bonus. The hosts even thoughtfully had a gift waiting for upon arrival after a major life event.

This was my second stay at Sue’s place and I was very happy with my stay. It is a cozy, comfortable upstairs apartment. I felt very safe behind three locked doors! The check in and check out process was smooth. The kitchen is well equipped and there are heaters and air conditioners for the varied temperatures. The shower was hot and there were plenty of towels. The only thing I couldn’t figure out was the Chromecast TV. I like how close to restaurants and the grocery store the place is. I will likely be back again in the future! Thanks, Sue!

Clean and comfortable - just what we were looking for!!

I stayed one night at Todd's on a long drive to Chicago - well worth it! The flexible check in was convenient. I got in later than I thought I would, but with the 24 hour check in it was no problem. The mattress was comfortable, everything was very neat and clean. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is a basement, so sometimes you can hear a bit of noise from people moving around upstairs but it wasn't an issue for me. I would definitely stay here again if I was staying in Omaha!

The apartment was immaculate and the decor was so fun! Host was incredibly friendly and helpful with my family research (the main reason for our visit). We will definitely be staying here every time we visit!

This was the perfect place to stay for 2 couples to arrive for an early morning (6 a.m.) viewing of Sandhill Cranes at Rowe Sanctuary. The place is quiet with two comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It was more than spotlessly clean - it shone with careful maintenance. The heavily used Union Pacific rail main line is only 2 blocks away, but the whistle sounds were not disturbing and welded rail means that there is no clickety-clack. The sleeping was fine. An altogether wonderful place to stay.

We had to find a booking for our extended family on short notice for a funeral in the area and they very kindly were able to accommodate us. Easy to work with and in a nice little town.

Danielle's loft is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how stylish and clean the space was. The natural light floods the loft, making it feel open and inviting. The location was perfect, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. Danielle was a fantastic host, super responsive and thoughtful. I especially appreciated the little touches, like the welcome basket in the bathrooms and the high quality linens. My stay was incredibly comfortable and relaxing, and I can't wait to book again. From the moment we arrived, Todd made us feel incredibly welcome. His warm hospitality and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of our stay. Breakfast was a highlight, with wonderful service and fresh fruit, bread, and the best coffee. The bed in our room was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights. The entire property was immaculately clean, and they thoughtfully provided everything we could possibly need. We were thoroughly impressed with the combination of historic charm and modern comfort. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend Martha's Bed and Breakfast to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Our stay in Shelley’s guesthouse was absolutely wonderful! The property and guesthouse was beautiful inside and out, clean, comfortable and quiet. Shelley and her husband make a delicious breakfast in the morning that is second to none. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone, so much more than expected and so much cozier than a hotel.

Barbara was a delightful and attentive host. She was very friendly and responsive to questions. I especially appreciated the flexibility she was able to give us with check-in and check-out times. We stayed in three of her rooms (Madrid, Venice, and Vienna), and the were all stunning. The continental breakfast was as delicious as it was beautiful. I recommend this wonderful B&B without reservation, and look forward to future stays!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Willa's second home. We used all the main floor rooms that were decorated appropriately for the era. We loved the fluffy towel, kleenex, and wine glasses. Delicious breakfast items that we didn't expect. in all, a perfect, fun stay!

We loved staying at the house. From the gorgeous heart pine floors to the coffee station it was such a pleasant respite. Water pressure great for showers. Convenient half bath downstairs. Internet was perfect. We rode on the Rail explorer. Everyone should do it! Loved the restaurants. We tried barbecue and Mexican. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks Alison.
