Beautiful Andalusian cottage with sea view from the spacious balcony in a scenic setting in Nerja! The sunny private garden with terrace on the ground floor is a lovely outdoor area to enjoy. Only a 6 minute walk to Burriana beach and restaurants. The accommodation is completely renovated in June. Please note that you have to walk stairs to reach the house and that the house has a spiral staircase to acces the downstairs bedroom from the living room. Free parking available on the street.

Encantador estudio en una de las calles más bonitas del pueblo, la pintoresca y popular Calle Carabeo, dónde se respira y disfruta del ambiente tipico de la calle. Es un práctico y cómodo estudio con Kichenette, aire acondicionado, Tv, conexión WiFi, renovado recientemente y con una ventana que da a la calle. Los estudios no tienen vistas al Mar, las ventanas dan a la calle. Los alojamientos incluyen TV de pantalla plana y cocina con microondas, tostadora y cafetera.

Este alojamiento esta situado en una casa de 2 alturas y ocupa la planta baja. La ubicación es excelente ya que está en una pintoresca calle del casco antiguo y eso le dará la oportunidad de poder descubrir a pié el centro histórico de Nerja, sus playas y su rica gastronomía.
