Apartamento completamente reformado en primera línea de playa Saladares (Urbanova, Alicante), con acceso directo a la playa. Se encuentra en una zona semi-urbana de Alicante, donde se puede disfrutar de la tranquilidad total, lejos de aglomeraciones de una ciudad, pero a la vez tener el acceso a todas los servicios necesarios: supermercado, farmacia, ambulatorio, mejores bares y restaurantes de la zona. Very sunny and newly renovated penthouse right on the promenade with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the pool. It has a spacious living room and 2 bedrooms with direct access to a large terrace where you can rest, sunbathe and lunch. The apartment is fully equipped (bed linen, towels, kitchenware...) with WIFI and AC. Located in the most touristic area. Due to the Spanish regulations we will need a photo ID or passport uploaded into the Airbnb platform before the check in day.

The facility has 2 large pools and 1 kids pool, 3 jacuzzis, bar/restaurant, indoor gym overlooking the sea, 2 outdoor gym areas, sauna, steam room, tenniscourt, padel tennis, sportsarea and more. All this is located right by the beach. Just take the elevator down with just a few minutes walk to the beautiful white-sand beaches

Estudio en Torrevieja a 700 m del mar

Se alquila apartamento-estudio atico de 36m con terraza de 7m. Ideal para una pareja. Ubicado en un sitio muy tranquilo, lejos de los ruidos de la ciudad. La pequeña playa de la cala Higuera esta a 7 min andando. La playa de Los Locos esta a 15 min. El supermercado Consum esta a 5 min. El apartamento esta equipado con a/a, internet de fibra optica, la tele smart de 55. Hay un sofa cama (160x200). El apartamento dispone del parking privado. No hay piscina.

Uniek en luxe hoekappartement op slechts 20 meter van het strand met prachtig 180 graden zeezicht vanuit alle kamers, en de balkons, van zonsopgang tot zonsondergang! Veel restaurants, pubs, winkels en cafés direct voor de deur. LET OP: Op de 4e verdieping met geen lift. Op slechts 15 minuten lopen van de jachthaven van Santa Pola, dus u heeft geen auto nodig. De luchthaven van Alicante ligt op slechts 15 minuten rijden (taxi van 20 euro).
