City Center Vollga Promenade Sea View🏖

Spacious, one-bedroom apartment located in the most prefered area of te city, 20m from the sea. Several bars and restaurants with a wide food and drinks variety are reached within walking distance. The cities Amphitheatre and the Archeological Museum are olso situated in the area, respectively 5 and 2 minutes from the accomodation. The cities' well-known promenade lies in front of the building and it is a great option for a calming walk by the sea at any time of the day. You’re welcome!

Luxury apartment on the beach

The apartment is located in a former pine tree forest. Fortunately some of them have survived urbanization, which give life today to the neighborhood. While you take your walk to the beach in the morning, the fresh aroma of the pine trees will wake you up. The beach is quite spacious, and many bars and restaurants offer they services. To take into consideration is that for good quality grocery shopping the nearest market is 2,3 km away; while the nearest bank ATM is 3 minutes on foot

This is a 60m2 apartment located in the first line of buildings in front of the beach. You will enjoy breakfast at the balcony with a gorgeous sunrise view and a fresh breeze or sip a glass of wine while enjoying the orange sunset. It is a very lively area full of restaurants with loads of interesting local foods, bars and food markets. There is a Flea Market right on the main road, which offers loads of local goods and souvenirs.

About this place This is without doubt THE BEST LOCATION you could ever ask for, when visiting Durres. 2 minute walk to everything that is wonderful and local in the inner-city and a short walk further to Durres's Amphitheater, Museum or Promenade, 15 minutes to Durres's beautiful eastern suburbs beaches including Currila Beach. Start your day with a coffee at the amazing Taulantia Street Bakery right around the corner.
