Située dans le "triangle d'or" Saint Malo, Dinan, Mont Saint Michel. A 1500m de la Rance et 14km de la mer. Une expérience est possible pour découvrir Les bords de rance en mobylette avec les rétroviseurs

Dans la continuité de notre habitation, un "gîte" de 80 m2 sur deux niveaux à la campagne. Au rdc cuisine éguipée, sdb, poêle à bois, coin salon. A l'étage, une grande chambre avec poutres et hauteur sous plafond. Piscine, en général accessible de juin à fin septembre. Nous mettons à disposition barbecue et tables. Proche des bords de Rance, à 10 kms de Dinan et 20 kms de St Malo. Commerces à proximité. Un havre de paix arboré sur deux hectares et un étang. Massages bien-être en sup.

It is suitable for a family, or a larger group of up to 8 adults, maximum.

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
