It's now a cozy vacation home to get away and take advantage of the 55 acre rambling estate, with 2 sandy beaches, meadows, forest, marshgrass, a rocky granite shoreline, a granite swimming pier, and even a lily pond. You have access to the beaches, shared with other families living in this private compound. The deck looks out to Ipswich Bay, providing a great outdoor dining space.
