The Riverhaus

Welcome to the Riverhaus! Established in 2020, this sanctuary was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. This 2-acre gated estate with a 1,900 sqft home and 100' of waterfront on the Pedernales River sleeps 8 comfortably and boasts a private outdoor Biergarten as well as a cabinet of lawn games, two firepits, multiple seating areas, and a fleet of non-motorized boats to enjoy on the river. Situated on the upper level of the property is a spacious two-story home. Take advantage of numerous amenties including a gameroom, lending library, two work stations, Roku television, Wii gaming system and Yoga equipment. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two decks as you listen to the sound of windchimes and wildlife. On the lower level under a canopy of old Oak trees, you can roast s'mores on another firepit or walk down to the water's edge to fish, swim, kayak, canoe or paddleboard. Top floor deep water view villa with living, bedroom and patio waterfront views of sunsets and Pace Bend. Our 2 bedroom is on the top floor (elevator access) with high ceilings and it’s gorgeous! Best views of Lake Travis and Hill Country. Very private end condo on 3rd Floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths at the Island on Lake Travis. Condo can sleep 6 and has access to all the amenities at the Island including 2 outdoor pools/hot tubs, indoor pool/hot tub, sauna and gym, on site restaurant open on weekends, spa, 2 tennis courts, fishing, short walk to lake and outdoor picnic/bbq areas. Siren’s Cove is located on Lake Travis in a secluded cove near Mansfield Dam. Minutes from the boat ramp it’s the perfect getaway to enjoy Lake Travis.
