It is part of our home but private with your own access and fully enclosed outdoor area . We are dog friendly but within our terms and also additional cleaning fee of $50. Please add pet when booking.

Downstairs is a sitting room opening to a terrace, separate kitchen with induction cooktop and bathroom. Historic, gold-era Beechworth is 4km away. Beechworth is popular and weekends especially book out early. Our settings aim to be fair to both guests and hosts.
