Equipped with private parking space, wifi, full kitchen, quiet pool area (CLOSED FOR SUMMER SEASON 2024 but usually open from June 15th to September 15th), and well-kept green area. A second bedroom in open mezzanine and a sofa bed in the living room. Six beds available.

Portisco beach can also be easily reached on foot and in few minutes by car you can reach all the most beautiful beaches and location of Costa Smeralda.

Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind sowohl die Traumstrände der Westküste wie Rena Majore oder Naracu Nieddu als auch die herrlichen Strände im Norden und Nordosten in ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.
