Splendida villa indipendente ad 1 km dal mare con piscina privata d’acqua salata (extra, riscaldata su richiesta), gite in barca (su richiesta), vista mozzafiato sulle spiagge più belle. Situata a 15 km dall’aeroporto di Olbia, ed a pochi chilometri da San Teodoro. Parcheggio privato e ampio giardino con rocce di granito modellate dal vento e macchia mediterranea, il posto ideale dove rilassarsi un po’ e godere del sole e della tranquillità del posto. Adatta alle famiglie con bambini e gruppi.

Bellissima Villa con Piscina a Palau .

la villa circondata da un grandissimo giardino dispone di spaziose verande attrezzate, e di una bellissima piscina privata completamente riservata. E' composta da ampio salone con zona pranzo, cucina con piano cottura a induzione, forno, frigo e lavastoviglie; due camere matrimoniali di cui una con accesso diretto alla piscina e una terza camera doppia, due bagni con doccia e una doccia esterna con acqua calda e fredda, nel giardino si trova inoltre una bella zona Bbq con forno per la pizza.

Breathtaking Tavolara View Villa

Quiet and breathtaking view Villa situated on the hills of Porto San Paolo. 10km from the Airport of Olbia and only 30-45 min from the famous Costa Smeralda. 5-10 minutes drive from all the best beaches in the Area. In the town of Porto San Paolo rental of boats / canoe / jet skies / ferries to the island of Tavolara can be arranged. The town is just down the hill from the house (2 min drive). The house is situated in a quiet residential area, therefore adapt to relax and reset your brain.
