Drinkbetween Farmhouse has recently been refurbished. It is situated in a beautiful & peaceful rural setting just 40 minutes from Edinburgh in Fife. The large farmhouse includes sprawling contained gardens for your pets and little ones to enjoy. It has spectacular views over the fields to the ocean so you can truly relax. However, for those who love to explore, it’s ideally located close to some of Scotland’s most iconic towns & landmarks St Andrews, Elie or Gleneagles, all just 40 minutes away.

Whole house, free parking, garden. No cleaning fee

My place is across the road from The Royal Yacht Britannia, Ocean Terminal shopping centre, restaurants,shops,cinema. Leith Docks, many more bars & restaurants at The Shore area of Leith, also Newhaven Fishing Village. Great views, parking, outdoor space, convenient location, great bus service across the road at Ocean Terminal, buses go directly to Princes Street & Edinburgh City Centre. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.Re-decorated and ready for your stay!

Waterfront Cottage, St Monans, Amazing Sea Views

Waterfront is steps away from the coastal path. Downstairs has a galley kitchen leading off to conservatory/dinning area at one side,utility room and WC/shower room at the other. The living/dinning room is spacious and bright with magnificent sea views and a cosy wood burning stove, a bathroom and hall. Upstairs, is a double en-suite with stunning sea views over the Firth of Forth and a twin room. A small garden at seaside with seating and a patio to the rear. 20mins drive away from St.Andrews

Sole access to my fully equipped home (2nd floor): 2 bedrooms (1 as super-king OR 2 large single beds, and 2nd as super-king), living/dining room, bathroom, kitchen.

The Croft in North Berwick, is on a quiet residential street just 5 minutes walk from the train station, beach and main street. We hope you find the house comfortable and welcoming during your holiday. Newly decorated throughout, the Croft has a large kitchen with dining area which leads onto a private enclosed garden. It benefits from WiFi and a Sky Sports package with Sky Q on an HD TV. The house is beautifully furnished. Brand new beds in each of the bedrooms. A clean and comfortable home.

Muma Bears House

This is Muma Bears house and it always will be. She was my Mother and this is what me and my girls always called her. She passed in June 2021 and i have spent the last year renovating her house. She was a force and i hope we have done her proud. I want the house to come alive. So welcome! Cosy up in front of the fire, play the piano and unwind in peace. Bring along your slippers. Get the board games out and relax with family and friends. Enjoy the sound of the fire at night.

Perfect 4 bedroom 2 bathroom Home

Portobello Beach is 15 minute walk away which is a must see especially with kids they will love it in all weathers. Buses (every 10 minutes) stop at end of the street to city centre which takes about 15/20 minutes. Co-op, post office, and various takeaways at end of street. Travel cot available if needed NO parties we will be contacted to deal with any noise at the property as we only live a few minutes away. Ring doorbell has been set up to monitor this.

Beach front fishermans cottage

Welcome to No. 20, The High Street, Cockenzie! This idyllic fisherman’s cottage dates back to the 17th-century. It is the perfect holiday retreat for families, walkers on the John Muir Way - or simply for a romantic getaway. The views are spectacular. The cottage directly faces the sandy beach, a perfect little rocky cove, and the sea beyond. The sunsets are breath-taking and you may even glimpse dolphins and seals in their natural habitat.

The Annexe at Kirkmay Farmhouse, Crail.

The Annexe is a bright, two-bedroomed house attached to the main farmhouse. It is self-contained with it’s own parking and garden areas. The property has been completely re-wired, re-plumbed and re-decorated with new beds, kitchen and bathroom. This a convenient rental for guests attending an event in The Cow Shed at Sypsies Farm. We are roughly 300m away along the farm track.
