Oakstone Estate is a secluded rural 3 acre property situated in the heart of Mornington, 60 minutes drive from Melbourne. Set on a charming, very quiet and private property at the end of a cul-de-sac only 4 mins to Woolworths supermarket and 10 mins from the beach and Mornington Main St. The property has beautiful views of the Balcombe Creek pristine bushland and all of the Mornington Peninsula wineries, natural parks and attractions are at your door step.

Inside, you are greeted by a full timber interior, lush plants, quaint pottery, & comfy furniture. The 2 bedrooms include a snug Queen & 1 set of single bunk beds with wardrobes. The galley kitchenette has basic essentials, including a microwave, a fridge & an outdoor Bbq.

The Cottage is ideally located a short walk to Sorrento Village - restaurants, cafes, and great shopping. An easy walk to ocean and bay beaches. A great base to explore golf courses, hot springs, wineries. There are many coastal walks to enjoy. The cottage provides a lovely space in which to relax. Long weekends are a minimum 3 night booking. * We would prefer guests to be fully COVID vaccinated. My husband and I are fully vaccinated.
