My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Marianna's house is a two-storey house of 37 sqm in a farm surrounded by orange and peach trees. The ground floor of the 20 sqm is consisted of a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a living room. An external staircase drives you to the first floor, where is the bedroom, a wc and a balcony. The house offers tranquility to enjoy beautiful moments!
