Our House is located in the Ria Formosa Natural Park, right in front of the Salt flats around Tavira and Cabanas where the Algarve cycle path from the very east of the Algarve runs all along the coastline towards the western end. Enjoy the stunning sea views from the upper terrace, the covered patio in the little garden or take a walk into nature to watch various birds. The local beach is a 25-30 min walk away as well as the center of Tavira with its many restaurants, bars/cafés and boutiques.

Het huis staat samen met nog twee huizen in een mooie tuin van 5000m2. Iedereen heeft voldoende privacy en eigen terrassen. Je deelt het zwembad. Vlakbij Tavira, de prachtige stranden van de Algarve, heerlijke restaurantjes, gezellige dorpjes en mooie golfbanen. Alles binnen handbereik vanuit jullie rustige en prachtige stulpje voor twee.

Dit appartement is 200 meter van de zee. Heeft parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein en ook direct voor het complex is openbaar parkeren gratis. Diverse restaurants op enkele honderden meters. Ook de supermarkt is op 200 meter vlakbij. Het appartement is stijlvol ingericht en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Geheel gerenoveerd en opnieuw ingericht in 2025. Quinta da Pedragua, rodeada por um pequeno pomar, apresenta uma piscina exterior, situa se a 15 km de Tavira e a 13 km de Vila Real de Santo António. Todas as acomodações da Quinta exibem uma atmosfera íntima e um alpendre mobilado e com todas as comodidades no seu interior. Quinta da Ria está a 10 minutos de carro e a praia de areia de Altura a 1,5km. A tradicional vila de Cacela Velha, conhecida pelos seus restaurantes de mariscos e praias primitivas, encontra-se a 10 minutos de carro.

Een ware oase midden in de natuur en toch vlakbij het strand (7 km) en stadjes zoals Fuseta, Olhão en Tavira.
