An apartment in a former Hotel of Cesis Castle

This cozy apartment is fully accommodated and furnished as our family with two kids lives here in winter time. It has oak tree parquet, renovated widows, a small kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating. The sight from the windows features towers of the New Castle and the church of St. John. Apartment surrounded by two parks. The May Park (with the black swans and playground) is across the street. The Medieval castle is around the corner. Free car park is available in the yard, a nice extra.

One bedroom with two single beds that is possible to turn in double bed. Wide, spacious living room with one double sofa bed and one single sofa bed. Also includes a lot of closet space for personal belongings. 100m from city skiing track, obstacle park and ferris wheel. Train/bus station, cafes/restaurants and most of the tourist attractions are within 5min walk.

Spatious outdoors with dreamy swings under massive oak trees to soak up nature. Patios facing morning and evening sun, place for bbq. The cabin has fully equipped kitchen and modern is tastefully merged with classic values. Beautiful cities of Valmiera and Cesis with many dining and cultural entertainment opportunities a short drive away.

Hillside's Rest Nest

When I refurbished the place, my aim was to create a place to relax, read or hideaway to focus on work. Located in the neighbourhood, where all the city life is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and at the same time, it does not feel as city at all as the forest and river walk is just around the corner. I am glad to share it with likeminded travellers and I will be glad to share all those little tips and tricks about places in Cesis, worthwhile to experience - from nature spots to cosy pubs :-)

Cosy holiday house in forest

Cozy holiday house LIELMEŽI located in quiet nature 60km from Riga. Great place to enjoy silence and nature far away from city noises. House has two levels. On the ground floor there is cosy living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and sauna. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, a small hall with a balcony and toilet. Each bedroom has two single beds that can be transformed into a double bed. Or alternatively - a double bed in each bedroom can be transformed into 2 single beds.

Treehouse Čiekurs(cone) is located 3 km from city Cēsis,90 km from capital Riga and located in Gauja National Park,surrounded by the pine forest.A great place to enjoy nature at its city noise,no rush,just peace.The nearest shop ~3 km. Houses with an air conditioner(heating and cooling). WC located in the separate house on the ground.You can take sauna or hot tub (available for extra payment) and take a swim in the lake. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

Stay is set in the heart of Gaujas National Park, surrounded by its forests and rivers just a few kilometres away. We are in a friendly and quiet suburb Livi, exactly 4.5km from the city Cesis and 3.5km from the longest ski slopes in Latvia (Ozolkalns & Zagarkalns).

Vacation home by the lake with sauna

A beautiful natural vacation home with sauna by the lake. Perfect for eight people. Owners live in the other house nearby (can be seen in pictures). Whole vacation home is at guests disposal. On the property is volley ball, basketball, beach and plenty of green space. There is also a possibility to rent a boat and go around the lake. The lake is located about 90 m from the house in direct line. Private beach is about 150 m form the house across the road.
