This was our second trip to the island and staying at Michaels place! We love the view and privacy the house offers! Such a great location for hunting and exploring all the logging roads/trails. The house has all the comforts of home and makes for an amazing getaway!

Peaceful, clean, easy to find, large upstairs apartment. Along Ketchikan creek, nice to both see and hear. Would readily stay again 😁.

We had an amazing time in Ketchikan. This home was beautiful with the most breathtaking views… I can’t even count how many bald eagles, hummingbirds, seals, whales, and starfish we saw… Truly a great stay.

Leroy and Tanya’s cabin is such a great place to stay on the island! It is a very quiet and peaceful location, and the cabin is top notch. The hosts are very friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was easy to walk to the conference center as well as local restaurants. The view was spectacular! Beds were cosy and we had ample supplies.

We stopped here for a few days and Jillian’s house was perfect for what we wanted! Very clean and amazing views!

As a regular visitor to the island I think this is one of the best stays. Central to all island services, very tastefully built, outfitted with all the essentials, lots of sleeping area, view of the iconic Klawock River lagoon, high speed internet, etc. Better than represented in the listing for sure. There is a long flight of stairs, but that's the price you pay for the commanding view.

Great host. Location was peaceful and had a beautiful view. Would recommend and stay at this location again.

What a great location. The view and accompanying sunsets - or in my case the northern lights, is not to be beat. The totem park and carving shed are a short walk away. Fishing is just outside your door and the grocery & liquor stores are just down the street. Onsite parking makes the island accessible if you have a car and the home is jost a short drive to the island's only airport. This time is was just me but wow it would be such a great place and set up for a gathering of family and friends. Clean, warm, and comfortable I can imagine sharing the day's fishing stories while preparing the catch and enjoying the meal at the large kitchen counter and dining table. The shower was great, the bed comfortable, and the location perfect for a great night's rest. Will highly recommend this location and though I live here - we may rent it next time family comes to visit.
