The GrazieSole farmhouse is a newly renovated 1900s farmhouse, in a characteristic style with original stone walls, exposed bricks and ceilings with wooden beams, it has a 12-metre swimming pool with breathtaking views and a wide panorama that extends from the Sibillini Mountains to the adjacent hillside villages. It is located in open countryside one kilometer from the center of the village of Penna S. Giovanni, in a sunny and quiet position, surrounded by a garden and large green spaces.

Our place is good for couples, artists and writers, bikers and solo adventurers. We speak fluently English, French, Italian.

La struttura permette di godere il Sole dall’Alba al tramonto in qualsiasi stagione. Adiacenti alla Casa sono presenti un ampio pergolato con vista sul giardino, un’ombreggiata pineta, la zona barbecue, il parcheggio. A pochi metri un’avveniristica piscina benessere, incastonata in un’Oasi Verde appartata e riservata, vi attende per rilassarvi e divertirvi.

The two bedroom apartment is on the ground floor, with a terrace and a table set amongst the olive trees with views down to the swimming pool. There is another apartment on the property, with separate outdoor facilities. The tranquil apartment looks out onto the garden which is exclusively for the use of guests. The owners live on the property.
