We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is fantastic, nestled among pine trees that provide a refreshing shade, which was especially appreciated on sunny days. It helped keep the place cool during the day. Nicoletta was an excellent host—kind, attentive, and always ready to assist with any questions. Her support made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and equipped with a well-functioning AC that kept us cool throughout the night. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay here! Giancarlo’s space is clean, well kept, and absolutely BEAUTIFUL! We enjoyed walks around the estate and a wonderful wine tasting; while hearing about the property we were staying on. It’s a short drive to Montalcino which has great restraints, cafes, and local shopping. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! The place was cozy, had everything we needed and was Perfect to relax. The beach is just a 30 minutes walk away and the supermarket a short car drive. The highlight was Nonna Maria—she was the sweetest, always making sure we felt at home. Her warmth and kindness made the experience even more special. Highly recommend staying here!

Wir (meine Mutter, meine Schwiegermutter, mein Mann, unsere Tochter und ich) haben unseren diesjährigen "Kurz-Ganze-Familie-Urlaub" in Italien verbracht und haben festgestellt: Colle Mezzagno ist wirklich etwas Besonderes. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß, jede der Großmütter hatte ein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und wir als Familie hatten dann nochmals ein eigenes Bad. Die Aussicht von der Wohnung ist wirklich fantastisch. Die Großmütter haben sehr gut geschlafen, ich fande das Bett von meinem Mann und mir etwas zu weich, unsere Tochter fand ihr Bett etwas zu hart, aber ich denke das ist Ansichtssache. Der Poolbereich ist auch sehr schön und alles in der Wohnung auf dem ganzen Areal war ordentlich und gepflegt. Ein paar mehr Ablageflächen in der Küche dürfen nicht schaden, aber hier hat die Vermieterin bereits angekündigt, dass sie noch einen zusätzlichen Schrank aufstellen möchte. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Logement pratique, bien équipé et surtout bien situé pour un petit séjour de 3-4 jours pour un groupe de 3 voyageurs. La rue peut être des fois bruyantes la nuit. L'hôte fût très réactive lorsqu'on en avait besoin rendant l'expérience très satisfaisante !

Devo dire che tutti i giorni trascorsi nella zona ho trovato persone molto disponibili ovunque ma Silvia ha qualcosa di veramente molto raro,la sua gentilezza si nota già dalla voce che onestamente per non disturbare non avevo provato nemmeno a chiamarla prima del arrivo ed è stata lei a farlo dandomi delle indicazioni utilissime sui ristoranti nella zona ma soprattutto per delle visite guidate e come se non bastasse mi ha fatto persino delle prenotazioni a nome mio.È stata così carina da dedicarmi del suo tempo nonostante era il giorno di Pasqua perciò la ringrazio ancora una volta🙏La casa è super pulita e non manca nulla direi ,si è offerta di prestarmi persino il asciugacapelli perciò qualsiasi bisogno avete non esitate a chiederglielo è sempre gentilissima e disponibile. Poi che dire del servizio spumante , acqua tisane biscottini persino dei cioccolatini di Pasqua ai quali non ho resistito proprio 🤣Spesso sono i piccoli gesti che fanno la differenza. Non vedo l'ora di tornare!

Abbiamo trascorso in due un weekend nella splendida casa di Sara. Non è stato solo un bel posto dove dormire, ma un valore aggiunto alla nostra vacanza! Inoltre la posizione è molto comoda, a due passi dalle terme e dal Monte Amiata, ma anche il paese è molto affascinante e merita di essere visitato. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e sempre disponibili, é stato un piacere essere loro ospiti, torneremo.

Daniela e’ una persona disponibile e attenta ai bisogni. L’appartamento e’ ampio, confortevole, pulito, vintage con quel tocco di toscanita’ che ti fa sentire in armonia con l’ambiente. Curate anche le piccole cose di tutti i giorni: spugne, detersivo,… Vantaggio sicuro l’avere delle bici a disposizione e i principali servizi a portata di mano. Super consigliato.

Très beau séjour dans une très belle maison, très bien équipée, avec une grande piscine. Toute la maison était très confortable, la climatisation efficace et les hôtes très facilement joignables pour aider au maximum. L’environnement est calme, et aéré le soir ce qui fait beaucoup de bien en plein été. Accès simple (avec voiture) à la mer, à un supermarché et à de nombreux restaurants.

The house is beautifully immersed in nature, just 5 min from Contignano. The host was responsive, kind and helpful. The electric car charging station inside the property was a big plus for us. We truly had a fantastic stay! Would come back :)

Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. In posto davvero magico, con la vista del mare, del borgo di Capalbio, dei tramonti e soprattutto della bellissima campagna. La convivenza con i padroni di casa è stata assai piacevole e consigliamo davvero l'esperienza a tutti!

Marta y Pietro son dos anfitriones excepcionales, muy atentos, al pendiente de cada necesidad y siempre muy bien predispuestos a dar consejos e indicaciones sobre lugares turisticos, comidas, etc. Estuvimos desde mediados de enero hasta fines de marzo y fue una estadía realmente inolvidable. La casa es excelente tanto para estadías largas como cortas. Es muy cómoda y acogedora, con todo lo que se puede necesitar, en un lugar muy tranquilo y cerca de muchos lugares de interés. El parking es inmejorable, junto a la casa. Los anfitriones nos recibieron con una torta de bienvenida y con la cocina totalmente equipada con cafe, te y mermeladas para desayunar. Gracias por todo Marta y Pietro, nos vemos pronto.

Our time at Silvia's was awesome! Clean, beautiful, and quiet, but with pleasant neighbors. We would definitely stay here again should we return to Siena!

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Ottima l'accoglienza. Ringrazio per la disponibilità nel venirci incontro a seguito di un problema personale che ha causato un cambio nella prenotazione ( cosa nn scontata). L'appartamento é comodo al centro, situato in una zona molto silenziosa. E' fornito di tutti gli elettrodomestici per la cucina e la pulizia. Grande vantaggio il posto auto garantito. Ambiente interno confortevole e corrispondente alle foto e descrizione. Esperienza molto positiva.

Francesco bietet eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, die zum Entspannen einlädt. Die Lage ist ideal um Ausflüge nach Siena und Montepulciano zu unternehmen. Unser Highlight: der große Pool, an dem man meist sogar alleine entspannen konnte.🌞

Abbiamo trascorso con la mia famiglia tre giorni nell’appartamento di Francesca Romana. Il luogo incantevole ci ha accolti in modo davvero confortevole e familiare. La proprietà si trova dentro l’azienda vinicola di famiglia e per noi amanti del vino (io sono una private chef e mio marito e mia zia sono sommelier) è stata veramente una piacevole sorpresa renderci conto di poter dormire proprio nello stesso luogo dove vengono imbottigliati i vini dell’azienda (e ovviamente poterli degustare!). Una nota di merito in più va alla pulizia e all’ambiente dell’appartamento molto confortevole, c’è tutto ciò di cui uno ha bisogno. I letti sono fantasticamente comodi!!! Torneremo sicuramente!!

Mariella meet us at the house at the agreed upon time, and showed us everything we needed to know about the house. The house was more gorgeous than the photos showed. It was a privilege to stay there. You can tell that an artist owns this home by how beautifully she decorated it. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils . There was a well stocked grocery store and pharmacy a short walk away. We tried two excellent restaurants in town and had drinks at the friendly town bar right outside the medieval gate. The town of Montefollonico is close to other hill towns and a lovely thermal hot springs. The town is one of the most beautiful hill towns that we've seen anywhere. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Veronica was a real darl'! She greeted us coming lately from the airport and made us feel very welcome. Being the only guests at the place shortly before the season ends we surely felt like queen and king at this remote and beautiful venue! Thanks for everything, Veronica!

Claudias und Fabios Haus ist ein Traum in der Toskana. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub dort und konnten uns super entspannen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Daniele et Janna sont des hôtes accueillants, chaleureux et sympathiques. Ils sont très attentionnés car ils nous ont offert des fruits, legumes et oeufs de leur production. Ils sont respectueux de l'intimité de leurs invités et sont de très bons conseils sur les lieux à visiter et les restaurants. Le logement correspond à la description faire par Daniele. Il est parfait pour un couple, bien entretenu, propre et bien équipé. Les deux terrasses sont plus qu'appreciables et offrent une vue magnifique sur la nature environnante. L'emplacement est idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter de la campagne du Latium. La propriété est incroyable et a différents points de détente aménagés avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine volcanique est l'équipement qui fait vraiment la différence. Elle est juste EXTRAORDINAIRE !! Si vous craignez les chiens comme moi, vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance. Ils sont très bien éduqués et adorables. En bref, "la dolce vita si trova a casa Daniele e Janna !!"
