Nous avons été bluffés par la vue depuis le balcon ; d'ailleurs nous n'avons pas allumé la télévision car le spectacle était dehors et nous y avons mangé tous les soirs . Appartement magnifique bien équipé et meublé avec gout. Nous avons apprécié le petit mot d'accueil et les petits cadeaux. Paola a communiqué avec nous à chaque étape de notre venue et est très attentionnée. Nous y avons séjourné confortablement avec 4 adultes. Les deux chambres + 2 salles de bains étaient parfaites. Pas de difficulté pour stationner : nous avons utilisé le petit parking public situé sur la route un peu plus bas.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Vor allem die Aussicht ist einfach fantastisch. Der Whirlpool und der Spa-Raum waren natürlich auch toll und einfach zu reservieren. Wir haben mit unserem Baby und einem befreundeten Paar schöne Tage erlebt.

Tolle Unterkunft, die Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität. Der Blick auf den See war einfach atemberaubend. Die Kommunikation war auch super klasse - wir hatten unser Auto kurzfristig eingesperrt und uns wurde schnell und einfach geholfen 👍🏼 Klare Weiterempfehlung

We hebben erg genoten. het zwembad was top, mochten tot laat zwemmen. Uitzicht was geweldig. Het gebouw zelf kan wel een kleurtje gebruiken. Omgeving was prachtig!

L’esperienza presso l’ alloggio di Andrea è stata fantastica. L’ alloggio è situato in una posizione strategica e in una zona tranquilla immersa nel verde. Andrea è l’host più gentile ed accogliente che io e il mio compagno abbiamo mai trovato…eppure giriamo per tanti appartamenti viaggiando parecchio. Andrea ci ha fatto sentire a casa coccolandoci con una buonissima torta di mele fatta in casa e con del prosecco e fragole fresche in frigo. La casa è molto moderna, fornita di tutto il necessario e soprattutto pulita. Andrea è stato super disponibile e flessibile anche nell’orario di check-out. Consigliamo vivamente 💯

Merci Alberto de proposer ce logement ainsi que toutes les fournitures nécessaires au séjour. L'accueil chaleureux à "l'italienne" avec des intentions sympathiques. Une belle vue, pour ceux qui se plaignent de la circulation... vous êtes directement au bord du lac donc oui il y a de la circulation et du bruit mais c'est largement acceptable. Vous avez des petits restaurants (très bon) à proximité à pied pour le reste, il faut prendre la voiture, nous y sommes aller en septembre donc moins de monde . Le logement est très propre et son environnement également. Nous recommandons et recommanderons le logement et l'hôte. Grazie 😉

Das Apartment von Tiziana war für unsere Zwecke perfekt. Es liegt direkt an einer Haltestelle, von der die Straßenbahn uns bis zum Mailänder Dom oder ins belebte Viertel Navigli gebracht hat. Der Balkon bietet eine nette Abwechslung. Tiziana war sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel.

Sabrina was an excellent and delightful host. Always keen to help and so responsive to requests and queries. The accommodation is spacious and so very well located to all that is needed for a special stay in Como. We felt so at home as soon as Sabrina showed us our “Home in Como”. Nous sommes restés qu’une seule nuit alors que nous avions un vol d’avion le lendemain. L’accès à l’appartement s’est fait sans problème grâce à la vidéo que le propriétaire nous a fait parvenir. L’endroit était très propre et est situé à proximité de la station de métro Gorla, qui mène rapidement vers le Duomo et autres sites de la ville.

Appartement superbe et très bien situé. Le parking est un réel atout pour cette ville. Je recommande à 200 % ! Merci pour tout Amine !

Clean, quiet apartment close to the metro and other means of public transportation. Everything is as described. The building complex itself is very interesting for those passionate about architecture. If you're lucky, you might spot a cute rabbit named Gustavo in the garden at nighttime.

Mimi and her husband were very accommodating, I felt safe and comfortable in there Airbnb. Thank you for everything! I highly recommend staying here especially if you are a woman, you will be in safe hands with them!

I had a great stay at Eli’s place! The flat is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. Eli was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, and communication was smooth and easy. A lovely touch was the breakfast provided in the morning, with tea, toasted bread, and Nutella – simple but perfect. Highly recommend!

Federico is a great host. The place itself and surroundings are marvellous. The house is clean and worth its price. The only two things which were not really convenient- is parking (I really have know idea where to leave a car there during high season) and steep stairs (if you have small kids - that can be a problem). Great patio, jacuzzi, views - just perfect!

we were a group of 8 people and we really enjoyed our stay. the house was amazing, especially for the price! the view outside the balcony (which connects most rooms) and the terrace was incredible. you could see the mountains and the lake. we visited in beginning of April and at night it got a quite cold and we had some trouble with the heating, but the communication with the hosts was great. they responded within 10 min max and were always ready to help if we had any trouble. there was also enough room for cars. they had a garage for two cars, but there was also enough space for another car out front. the house was quite up on the hill and you would need to drive down to get to Lecco, which was like 5 - 10 min away by car. it was a really quiet place.

Cinzia è stata sempre molto disponibile, gentile e premurosa, con piccoli accorgimenti/pensieri, che sono però molto apprezzati. Sapendo che avevamo dei bambini ha lasciato dei chupa chups e ci ha fatto già trovare dell'acqua in fresco viste le temperature relativamente calde di agosto. La casa era molto carina e spaziosa. Dispone anche di un bello spazio esterno con dei giochi per bambini, molto apprezzati dai nostri figli di 2,3 e 6 anni.

Die Unterkunft war schön und entsprach 100% den Fotos auf dem Inserat. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und grenzt direkt an einen Wald, wo man gut spazieren gehen kann. Das Haus ist sauber, gepflegt und beinhaltet alles was benötigt wird. Der Vermieter ist hilfsbereit, antwortet schnell auf Nachrichten und gibt Tipps für die Region. Der Aufenthalt im K10House lohnt sich!

Wonderful apartment in Colonno!! I recommend renting a car since it is far from downtown Como and the bus only runs on the weekend, but the view is worth it! Our local contact Cinzia was extremely helpful, friendly and provided lots of great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi da questo alloggio. L’appartamento è pulito e confortevole. Ottime le dotazioni della cucina e del bagno. Molto accoglienti le camere. Ottima la posizione nelle adiacenze di una stazione della metro, e con una passeggiata si può tranquillamente arrivare a piedi al centro di Milano. Nella zona vi sono anche diversi ristoranti e un supermercato. Ottima anche la comunicazione con l’host. Complimenti!
