Wir hatten ein paar tolle Tage in der Unterkunft. Das kleine Apartment ist süß und liebevoll eingerichtet, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden und es ist für 2 Personen optimal geeignet. Die gesamte Anlage und die Umgebung ist ruhig und sehr idyllisch. Die Gastgeberin war sehr lieb und hilfsbereit, wir konnten sie zu jederzeit einfach kontaktieren. Die Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen!

Recomendable 100% Tant en Carmelo com la Marina han estat molt atents en tot moment ajudant-los amb els nostres dubtes. La casa, ben ubicada a prop de l'aeroport, molt neta i amb tots els utensilis necessaris (tant a la cuina, al bany, les habitacions...). Tot perfecte.

Quiet location, secluded, clean pool and beautiful views, clean and spacious rooms, wifi works best at pool but intermittent upstairs depending on room location. There is 80$ euro cleaning fee to be paid in cash, I had 100$ cash remaining so I was ok, so be sure to have cash on hand. Noemi offered recommendations for dinner and supermarket which were great. Overall, good experience for quiet and relaxing few nights.

Durante il soggiorno avendo approfittato della cucina di Luigi, che abbiamo scoperto sia un bravissimo cuoco, abbiamo avuto modo di fare delle interessanti conversazioni con lui e la sua compagna, che descrivendo la zona e consigliandoci cosa visitare, ci hanno fatto capire quanto siano appassionati del loro lavoro. La loro conoscenza ha reso ancora più piacevole il viaggio.

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Wohnung. Auch unsere drei Kinder haben sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der schöne kostenlose Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Silvia war jederzeit erreichbar und nett und hat uns auch bei einem Notfall mit unserem Kind schnell weitergeholfen.

The apartment of giancarlo is perfect for visiting toscana. You can visit all cities around in between one hour by car. Moreover he was really kind and helpful, we got in the beginning an introduction and recomandations for a view restaurants around. We enjoyed the stay. It was clean, comfortable and pretty. Thanks for having us there.

Vacanza super rilassante con tutto comodissimo e personale disponibile e cordiale.

Appartamento lontano dalla strada, molto silenzioso, ben attrezzato. Era finito il gas per cucinare e sono intervenuti in 15 minuti dalla chiamata. Prezzo onesto, moltissima disponibilità del proprietario, persona che abbiamo trovato squisita. Posizione talmente centrale che non abbiamo usato l’auto dall’arrivo alla partenza! A 200 metri dall’appartamento comincia una pineta che ti accompagna per tutto il paese di Marina di Cecina e fino a 10 km di spiagge libere con percorsi totalmente all’ombra della pineta, non sei mai al sole mentre cammini… Unico, mai visto prima, consigliatissimo per famiglie con bambini! La vacanza perfetta!

Non lascio mai commenti per hotel e ristoranti, ma questa esperienza merita qualche minuto per sottolineare l’impegno e la disponibilità di Mauro e Davide, persone squisite e oltremodo gentili. Addirittura ci hanno invitato una sera per permetterci di vedere la partita in tv. Fidatevi a occhi chiusi, un’esperienza ed un ambiente al top. Grazie ancora per l’eccezionale ospitalità.

Teresa è una persona delicata, discreta, per niente invadente ma molto disponibile: quando ho avuto bisogno di scriverle ha sempre risposto immediatamente; avremmo dovuto fare un self-checkin ma alla fine ci siamo incrociate sia all’arrivo sia quando siamo andate via ed è stato un piacere conoscerla e chiacchierare con lei. L’appartamento è accogliente, arredato con gusto, confortevole e pulitissimo. Il condominio si trova sul Viale delle Piagge, a pochi minuti in bici dal centro e facile da raggiungere eventualmente in macchina. La zona è silenziosa e gradevole soprattutto di giorno, perché immersa nel verde del lungarno. È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole e sicuramente la ricontatteremo quando servirà!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral! Zum Bahnhof Pisa Centrale kommt man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß, wo wir nach Lucca und Florenz fuhren. Pauline war immer schnell erreichbar und gab uns unzählige tolle Tipps :) Leider haben uns nachts die Mücken sehr genervt, obwohl das Fenster immer verschlossen war. (fiese Dinger)

Monthly stay with wife and young child very successful. The apartment is well located, in a quiet area, on the river, the location allows you to explore the northern part of Tuscany. Everywhere about an hour away by car or train. The apartment is clean, well and practically equipped, the Internet allows you to work remotely. The host is very contactable and quick to help when in doubt.

Location meravigliosa: il nostro appartamento era molto accogliente e corrispondente alla descrizione fornita; il parco e la piscina della villa sono molto curati; i proprietari sono altrettanto disponibili e ci hanno dato consigli sui luoghi e sulle attività della zona. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio per chi è in cerca di una piccola oasi in cui staccare un po' la spina! Rapporto prezzo/qualità del servizio giusto.

The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. Le logement est bien équipée ainsi que la cuisine d'été, ce qui permet de répondre à tous les besoins. la piscine est très bien et propre. L'environnement et les activités disponibles font que tout le monde peut y trouver son intérêt. Une zone commerciale à 3 kms, l'aéroport de Pise est à 22 kms, les villes de Toscane sont facilement accessibles dans un rayon d'une heure trente de voiture. Notre hôte a régulièrement pris de nos nouvelles pour vérifier que tout se passait bien. En cette saison, les moustiques se sont invités donc prévoir les systèmes anti moustique. Bref une location à retenir !

Wir waren im Februar für eine Woche hier. Das Haus hat Toskanischen-Vintage-Charme. Wenn man keine supermodernen Accessoires und Hilton-Vibes erwartet, bekommt man hier eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft mit viel Platz und regionalem Charme. Wir können sagen: genau dafür fährt man in die Toskana! Die Gastgeber vor Ort waren zudem Supernett und echt hilfsbereit. Ein ideales Airbnb für alle, die abschalten wollen - und der Preis war absolut ok.

Lidia’s home was a great stay and we wish we had stayed longer! Beautiful home with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, air conditioning which you don’t always find in Europe, and it was very clean. We had our 12-month-old baby with us and she was able to have a crib set up waiting for him along with a high chair which was very much appreciated. The garden is beautiful but the hot tub was closed which we didn’t know until after we booked (we stayed in October). Lidia also gave us some recommendations for nearby restaurants that ended up being great! The only con (no fault of the owners) is that this area has a huge amount of mosquitos. If you opened the door just for a moment several would fly in. We all ended up getting bitten just from walking from the front door to our car parked in the driveway / with a few that got into the house. If traveling with a baby I would recommend bringing baby safe spray and net for crib. Still a fantastic stay despite this! Thank you Lidia!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het huisje van Teresa. Het is heel compact maar je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt en als het goed weer is leef je toch buiten. Het bed is groot en perfect! Er zit een mooie prive tuin bij het huisje met een bbq en 2 ligbedden en bij het huisje staan onder de overkapping 2 lage stoelen en een eettafel met stoelen. Op het terrein staat nog een vakantiehuis en in het huis van Teresa geïntegreerd is nog een complete studio waar je het zwembad mee deelt. De tuin met het zwembad is prachtig en goed onderhouden met overal zitjes en ruim voldoende ligbedden. Heerlijk luieren met zicht op de olijfgaard en het is er heerlijk rustig. Jammer genoeg hadden wij een incidentje in ons huisje maar Teresa heeft dat perfect voor ons opgelost. Wat dat betreft is ze in de wieg gelegd voor host! De locatie is ook perfect, dicht bij aansluitingen naar de grote weg zodat Lucca, Pisa Pistoya en Florence redelijk vlot te bereiken zijn. Een aanrader!

Das Haus war insgesamt sehr schön und komfortabel. Die Einrichtung war etwas altmodisch, aber das trug zur authentischen Atmosphäre bei. Besonders genossen haben wir die ruhige Umgebung, die uns einen erholsamen Urlaub ermöglichten. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, was das Zubereiten eigener Mahlzeiten sehr einfach machte. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass das Haus etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt ist und dass der Pool nur zu bestimmten Zeiten genutzt werden konnte; es wäre hilfreich gewesen, wenn diese Informationen im Voraus bereitgestellt worden wären. Dennoch war der Gastgeber äußerst höflich und aufmerksam, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Trotz der kleinen Mängel war alles hervorragend.

Die Unterkunft und ihre Vermieter haben uns einige unvergessliche Urlaubsmomente gezaubert. Es war die sauberste Wohnung die wir je hatten. Wir haben einen unvergesslichen Pizza-Party Abend bekommen, an dem wir im Hauseigenen Pizzaofen selbst Pizza gebacken haben. Danach haben wir die Sterne im Jaccuzi genossen. Die Betten samt Kopfkissen möchte ich besonders hervorheben. Alles in allem eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft nahe Lucca ❤️

Het huis is heerlijk ruim met z'n 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. Prima keuken voorzien van alle gemakken en een tafel waar je inderdaad met 10 man kan zitten eten. Groot overdekt terras in een nog veel grotere tuin voorzien van heerlijke stoelen, spel mogelijkheden en een heerlijk zwembad. Dit alles in een prachige rustige vallei met geweldig uizicht op groen en in de verte het dorpje op de rug van de heuvel. De naburige hosts die je verrassen met tomaten uit eigen tuin maken de idylle compleet.
