The cottage is a cosy, peaceful rural stay with everything you need plus native birdsong morning and night. In addition to the stunning outdoor bath and large timber deck, the space has artsy, quirky furnishings that make for a very special stay. The open plan lounge has an additional queen fold out sofa bed.

Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

The entire house is for your use. The Sliding gate, fenced yard, and Security cameras ensure both safety and privacy This house was built in the 1970s and refurbished last year. It's not modern in style. It's not on a Cul-de-sac, and sometimes can hear traffic noise. The entrance has 3 steps. Welcome to our peaceful cottage in the heart of the Gordonton Village. Fully self contained tiny house at 25 square meters. All open plan, with a comfortable queen sized bed and a pull out couch, size king single. Best suited to two adults but can work with two small children also. Surrounded by spacious gardens, where you can unwind. There is a covered outdoor deck, where you can enjoy a complimentary tea or coffee.
