Here you’ll enjoy a serene setting on a quiet lake, 7-person hot tub, and lakefront access with paddle boards and kayaks available to use. Conveniently located just one mile from Camp Michawana, 10 minutes from Hastings, and 40 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. This home is beautifully designed to be the backdrop of precious new memories w/ your loved ones! Pets welcome!

Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge of Lake Wabasis with 66' of private shoreline. It includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May through October, weather permitting). There is also a front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

Tucked away in the quaint countryside, Treloar Cottage provides the peaceful getaway you've been waiting for! There are water activities, a grill, fireplace, campfire pit and full lake access. The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. Upon arrival, don't forget to look in our activity binder for things to do and places to see! Or, just get comfortable and enjoy!

Kitchen w/everything for cooking, laundry, full bath, 2 bedrooms each w/ queen bed, Wi-Fi, deck, gas fire pit (May-Oct), short walk for groceries & restaurants. Dog friendly. Welcome to Bankson Lake! The water/fishing is great and the wineries are nearby! Try our cozy 5 bed, 3.5 bath home complete with amazing waterfront views and a fire pit down by the water; easily sleeps 13+. There’s a newly added bar area in the basement and we're only 2 hours from Chicago. There's a row boat, 2 kayaks, and paddle board available. The property is spread over 2 large lots with expansive views of Lake Wabasis; a sandy beach at the shoreline; and a backyard surrounded by woodlands offering complete privacy. Plus an adjacent vernal pond that provides an abundance of nature's sights & sounds.

This cottage ambiance is quiet and relaxing. You have the option of relaxing on the deck, kayaking on the lake, or driving a short distance to Lake Michigan. You can sit by the fire and enjoy the night sounds, or relax inside with a book or play a game together. We have quiet when you want to relax and fun towns and beaches when you are ready for exploring. It offers you a comfortable visit to a great area of Michigan.
