Welcome to the Tourmaline! Looking for a relaxing, comfortable place with a breathtaking view of the sea and close to the beaches? This accommodation is for you! Very well located in the heights of the Costa Caddu village in San Teodoro, you can get there by car in less than 30 minutes from Olbia airport. The house is 5 minutes from Isuledda beach, 15 minutes. from the Cinta, and 7 min. from downtown San Teodoro where restaurants, shops and boutiques are located.

Cala Suaraccia (sandy beach) is only 300m away and many other stunning beaches can be reached by foot. The semi-detached villa (renovated in 2019/2020) is surrounded by a 1000m2 garden with typical mediterranean vegetation offering various areas for relaxing in the open. It lies 23km south of the Olbia Airport.
