Great comfortable place with plenty of needed amenities needed for a family get together for a local graduation. Kitchen was very well stocked for our meals. Bedrooms comfortable and family room area was perfect for socializing. Plenty of seating and comfortable. Washer and dryer a plus. We didn’t use the patio. Peaceful safe walkable local neighborhood. Several grocery stores and beer/wine stores within a mile and half. Nice place.

We had an amazing stay! In town for our annual family fishing trip on he Detroit River and this was the perfect base camp. My Grandmother was able to prepare the finest meals imaginable thanks to the well equipped kitchen and space. We had one minor issue with the fridge during our stay but Brittany jumped into action and had it fixed up within a few hours. The space allowed us to rest well, share laughs in the common areas and all sit at the dinner table. It was perfect for our needs and very well managed. Thank you again Brittany!

This was my second time staying at this space by Amy with my entire family. Once again, we had a blast. When anything came up, Amy was responsive and quick to resolve it. The place is beautiful and accommodating and I will def be returning again with my family in the future.

The cottage is lovely !! Great location! Pretty small, but that’s typical for Lakeside. Great clean accommodations and very well updated. Everything works and everything is new. Very very clean. We enjoyed it

We had a nice stay at Baypoint, The golf cart was key to have to go over to Bay Point amenities. The parking is tight when you have a truck, but we made it worked. The workout room and sauna was very nice.

I would stay with Vik anywhere he chooses to have a rental. It was a pleasure to connect with such a pleasant host. The kingsville area could keep us coming back for years. The wineries are world class and the restaurants know how to make you feel like a king, while also have a small town vibe. Highest of recommendations

House was beautiful and in a nice area. Our only complaint is that we did have someone keep knocking on the door and window in the middle of the night. It was a little scary but not the owners fault.

This place is awesome. So many things to do in the house to keep kids occupied when it’s cold or rainy.

Was great! Did 3 nights to fish the Detroit River. Felt safe to have my boat there. Already planning more bookings!

Brian was very helpful and responsive and the view on the lake was amazing!

For anglers, this was the perfect place....close enough to boat landings and to stores if you needed to pick up supplies. There was enough room for 8 adult men NOT sleeping in the same beds and plenty of room for eating and socializing. There was a bonus fridge/freezer in the basement which would be beneficial for everyone's drinks, especially in the summer...and the chest freezer on the back patio was perfect for freezing fish fillets for traveling home. The stairs were difficult to maneuver going up and down to some of the bedrooms, and you had to stay mindful of the ceiling angles upstairs. Keeping the tall and elderly people in the downstairs bedrooms proved helpful. We could park 3 rigs in the driveway and there were outlets and lights on the garage for convenient boat battery charging. Were going to stay here next year, and keep coming back. The place was extremely beautiful and in great condition. The views were incredible and we had an amazing time.

This little house was comfortable, clean and convenient to everything we wanted to see. We took a small walk to the end of the street and were on the beach of Lake Erie. About a 15 minute drive and we were at Cedar Point. There was a gas station close, a Dairy Queen if you prefer burgers and 2 nice dine in restaurants for the more mature palates. It was fully stocked and we lacked nothing during our stay.

John is a great host and was very accommodating to our needs.

One problem! Check in at 4, but check out at 11. Not a full two days. A lost of 5 hours. Check in should have been at 11.

The Cottage House was perfect for our family. It was a great space and had plenty of room for our 4 kids and great dane. There is 1 TV which the kids took over immediately, but there is board games available for family entertainment. The house had all the kitchen supplies you could need. We don't usually eat out and we made our meals at home, so I don't know about the local restaurants. Most activities are within a 15 min drive though. The house itself has a large wooded area behind it that was great for walks. Our dog loved that the most. There is a big fire pit with logs available. We wished we would have used it but we were so worn out by Cedar Point that we never got to. David and Guilda were very responsive hosts. They provided a lengthy list of things to do and recommendations for restaurants. This is a great place to stay.

Location, location, location!!! The beach was just a 5 minute walk (even with loads of beach toys, chairs, and floats- all provided by Cindy!) All 5 of our children (ages 1-18) enjoyed their time- fun for all ages! Cindy was overly accommodating for us throughout our time there. We have officially fallen in love with Lake Erie! 😍

The house was as describe. Everything you needed to prepare meals. The host were very kind and proactive.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Steve’s place - it rocks! Steve is a GREAT host - very responsive, flexible, and honest. The accommodations are exactly as described - everything is very modern and extremely clean. I can’t wait to come back!!

We were looking for a staycation away from home for a large group and this Property matched our requirements. Best part, unlike other Airnbnb properties where convertible couch beds or smaller size beds are listed, this one has 6 bedrooms with double/queen or king size beds in each. Kitchens were well stocked. And the host ( a team instead of a single person) was responsive and even had a emergency number listed in for quicker response than chat messages.

Jessica was the best host i’ve ever had. She was extremely helpful with our trip to Cedar Point, she gave us good recommendations on things to do and she responded very quickly. She let us have a later checkout date when we were leaving which was very convenient! The house was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The next time I come back to Cedar Point I will be staying here again!
