Incredible 270 degree views on our peninsula’s point on Lake Sinclair where the water is clear and the bottom is sandy. Three masters with en suite bathrooms and a fourth bedroom with bathroom across hall. Open floor plan with double doors opening to the best sunset views. Dock your boat, grill out on the large porch and screened in patio, bonfire, kayak, paddle board or float and play in the water. Sleeps 12 (14 with cot and blow up mattress). Nearly 600 feet of private water frontage to enjoy.

Great convenient studio unit in the heart of the private Cuscowilla Resort. Located an hour and fifteen minutes from Atlanta and a perfect home base for a trip to Augusta in early April. The unit features 2 queen beds, a banquette/table, sitting area and kitchenette with sink, micro, mini-frig. The gated community offers walking trails, a dock behind the villa and lake access for our guests. If you need additional space, the first floor A/B units are listed on AirBnB as a 2bed/2bath option.

Property is a 2 unit house, We have renovated and moved into unit A full time and excited to be finally living the lake life!! Being onsite will enable us to be more proactive with maintenance etc. Water front in secluded cove with Dock for your use. Ample parking out front for vehicles and boat trailers. Boat ramp and convenience store within walking distance of house. Property is located off Rt 44 near Harmony Crossing. SORRY NO PETS.
