This was probably the single best AirBnB we ever stayed in. It was immaculately clean, well-appointed. Eleonora was a perfect hostess. The location was ideal for us--it's just outside the old center of Florence, a 20 minute walk from the most touristed parts of the center, but as a result it was nice and quiet, and residential. The apartment is so well-decorated, elegant...and being so clean and lovely is not a given in Italy (we have much experience and this was by far the nicest in Italy we've ever stayed in). Brava, Eleonora!

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

Sergio's place is fantastic and Sergio is a great host! I almost don't want to say how wonderful our experience was, for fear it will be hard to get in the future. The location is walkable to anywhere you want to be in Florence. The apartment is spacious and having two bathrooms was convenient. Sergio was incredibly responsive and just gave you the sense he was there to make your trip great. This was our first time to Italy and it is going to be hard to find places in other locations that live up to the standard Sergio and his place set.

An incredible home, beautifully designed and restored. Rob and Illonka were both friendly, fun, and very caring for us. They came to help us when we had car trouble and always gave us fantastic recommendations for everything from parking lots to wonderful restaurants. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. There are plenty of towns and cities close by to visit, our favorites being Assisi, Gubbio, and Perugia. A car is a must, and this home has cylindrical stairs, so not good for anyone wobbly on their feet.

I’m a frequent Airbnb guest, in different locations around the world, and I don’t think I’ve had a better experience than here. Simone was spectacularly helpful and friendly , and the meal he made us all on one of our evenings was Michelin star standard. The villa itself was incredibly well equipped, with everything that you could ever wish for, especially in the kitchen which was so well equipped ( and I speak as someone who booked a villa in Sicily in June this year, where the kitchen was quite the opposite) The location was ideal, with a view of the Tuscan hills and the Arno valley to die for. Bell'agriturismo in una posizione tranquilla e molto comoda per raggiungere facilmente i punti di interesse della zona, abbiamo girato per la Val D'Orcia soggiornando qui e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene, come a casa. Paolo e la sua compagna gentilissimi, super disponibili e sempre al lavoro per garantire il massimo ordine e pulizia della struttura. Consigliatissimo.

This small old house in the 12th-13th century medieval village is tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. We think the two bathrooms are a big bonus, it was very useful for us. In addition, we would highlight the equipment of the kitchen and the quality of the bed mattresses.The host lady lives right next to the accomodation, a few steps away, which gives security. She was very flexible and patient with our late arrival. You can only park a little further from the house, but it seemed safe and a short walk would not hurt.Overall, we recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic stay.

Such an amazing place. On the top floor with beautiful views over Siena. Lucia stocked up the refrigerator with water, juice boxes & beer and the cupboards with some light breakfast toasts, jam & Nutella. It was quiet and peaceful, no need for the earplugs we always carry. There are 4 flights of stairs to climb to get to the unit.

This place is an absolute gem! It was so breathtakingly beautiful, that we tried to delay our flights and stay longer! Every single family member was lovely! It truly did feel like home. My husband and I cannot wait to come back and bring family with us too. There simply aren't any words to describe how much we loved our time at Peruzzo!
