Ms. Katrina and her husband were very responsive with our queries. They even offered to rebook our stay for free because of the super typhoon. The care takers esp Ate Queen were accommodating, they were always around to help us and tried their best to grant our requests :) The place is large and can accommodate big groups. Will definitely recommend your place!

We actually made the mistake of booking a room without an ensuite bathroom, but the ownr agreed upon check in to switch us to a different preferred room, and had staff clean right there and then.

Such a beautuful and peaceful place to relax and unwind. The host is extremely accommodating and helpful. Will surely book again.

We (my husband, our dogter and I) stayed over the weekend at the Tagitnep Room and actually had the entire Pili Paninap Farm to ourselves! I kept wishing my husband a “happy anniversary” because it felt like we booked the entire farm to ourselves. Everything was just spot on and right, and it was indeed heaven to be amidst nature and its magic. The food was simple but delicious, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Ate Irma was wonderful, as always. We are looking forward to our next stay at Pili Paninap!

A sanctuary for relaxation. Thanks to Ka Ipe & his wife! Ka Ipe was very kind in guiding us from the port to the lakehouse, the atmosphere was very welcoming, and they even have a charming dog that entertained us during our stay! If you like the cozy winds of the countryside, make no mistake. This is one of the best places to feel the breeze, only amplified by the aesthetic Kubo with a breathtaking view of the lakeside. On the other hand, if you enjoy water activities, the kayak experience would be one of your most memorable moments in this island, since the view while in the middle of the lake will give you a lot of photos to take. The water is also clean, so you won't regret it if you take a quick dip. Overall, the experience is so surreal, you might be left wanting for more if you only stayed there for a day or 2. A vacation for 3 days is necessary to enjoy everything the island could offer. Absolutely recommend, and would come back if given the chance!

Although we did not get to stay due to the rainy weather the night before our stay, the host communicated to us well the condition of the property and provided us a full refund. This alone makes us trust that his listing is accurate. We hope to be able to enjoy his property in the future.

Great place to get away from the metro! Getting there was a breeze, roads were paved, no problems whatsoever. place was as described, loved the room as it was spotless and neat and we even had a rocking chair. Very pet friendly. grounds are well kept and staff were polite. food was delicious! we had pork sinigang and ginataang gulay for dinner, highly recommended. we had breakfast by the river which was great. it can get cool at night, had a really good sleep comfy pillows and blankets. Sound can travel a lot so if you have neighbors, hopefully they are mindful of the noise if not you can politely ask them to keep it down

Balai Tanay is a the perfect getaway to recharge and escape the heat of Metro Manila. The property is surrounded by trees and there is also a shallow river nearby. The pool was enjoyed by the family.

Super enjoyed our stay at Happy Farm Villa! Spacious, new and complete amenities (they even have a dry sauna!), clean, natural design aesthetics, helpful and polite caretakers. Like the wall TV projection. Love the long dining tables for my tablescapes. I wish we stayed longer and have some barbecue night. Perfect for weekend RnR. Best for families and large groups.

The place was amazing and the view was impeccable. Truly a great place to relax if you want to go somewhere away from city. Ms. Grace was also very nice and responsive and the caretakers were very helpful. There are also a lot of kitchenware that you can use which is a plus since we didn't have to use our disposables. The wifi is also strong enough for my cousins who needed to work remotely during our stay. Just some notes to set expectations for future guests: -The road going to the place was very small, maybe just nice for our Innova to go through -The listing photos are not updated but it did not negatively affect our stay -The outdoor tub on the photo was not functional (I was looking forward to this but the pool and the view was just as amazing) -One toilet had flush issues -Another toilet had a spoiled shower but the caretakers were very quick to fix it so kudos to that Even with the above comments, our stay was still truly remarkable. Great place to stay with family. The property has lots of amenities that can be enjoyed by everyone, especially the kids. The only concern, however, is the presence of many flies in the area, including inside the room. Also, the road leading to the location is still under construction, so it's better not to bring lowered cars. Other than that, the place is perfect. We will definitely come back!

We had a great stay in this farm resthouse. Very peaceful and serene. Clean and complete amenities as described. The caretakers were also very friendly and helpful. If you want to unwind and relax, this is a great place to stay with kids too. The only challenge would be internet connection but since we were there to really unplug, it was perfect!

Very relaxing ambiance, 20pax can sleep comfortably they provided extra mattress. We enjoyed our stay “sulit”. Kudos to the host and people who assisted us, they were very accomodating.

We had a previous Airbnb booking that was cancelled by the host at the last minute. Little did we know that it was somewhat a blessing in disguise as we discovered this gem not far from Manila! The photos posted on the listing are accurate. The on-site staff are helpful and proactive. We were greeted by co-host Dennice and got us up to speed with the accommodation details. We will definitely book again and I’d recommend to other people to consider and shortlist this listing.

The tranquility of the place is the best thing in Casa Esperanza. Even if you want to stay in bed and sleep the whole day because of the nice and clean linen, you would rather get up as soon as you hear those chirps of the different kinds of birds and drink hot coffee surrounded by nature. The host iş really considerate and friendly considering that she’s a well-known personality. The helpers are very kind and are always ready to assist us. We really loved our stay and got to bond not just by spending time in the pool but also with the board games. We would definitely come back to relax and commune with nature. Thank you Casa Esperanza. We recently had our stay at **Dikub Farm House** — and you know what, *ma men?!* Tama lahat ng reviews dito — it *exceeds expectations*! Yung bukid life na pinapangarap mo? Mae-experience mo dito. The breathtaking view of **Mt. Malarayat** and the rice field scenery? *Grabe. Sobrang ganda.* The tranquility and peace of mind? Unmatched. But more than the view, it’s the people that make the place truly special. **Mam Ghenny**, the owner, is incredibly kind and accommodating — *dabest talaga!* And please, bigyan niyo na po ng dagdag sahod si **Kuya Junnie** — super bait, always smiling, hardworking, and laging handang tumulong kahit kami na ang nahihiya. *Grabeee!!* **Worth every peso** — the price, the experience, and most of all, the hospitality. Highly recommended!

Sir Wine and Ms Ollie’s place was all it promised to be, and more. When we were greeted with their welcoming staff, the relaxing music that was playing throughout the grounds as we entered, and the welcome drinks and snacks, we knew off the bat that it was going to be a weekend to remember. The accommodations and amenities were all well thought of. Practical and classy taste was seen all throughout the property. It was not just a place to hang your hat, but they made it feel like home. The food, albeit it was only breakfast that they served, was filling and uber yummy. We ended up buying almost everything they served, so we could attempt to repeat the meals back home. Thank you for going above and beyond Ms Ollie, Sir Wine, and Ate Jasmin. Our family will always be grateful.

The view was breathtaking! My family had a wonderful time….stress-free from worries about the place. The care-takers are very friendly and accommodated our questions/requests. The place is complete with everything that you’ll need…it’s very well-thought of. One of the places that we’d really like to be back 👍
