Charming stone cottage by the sea

Dobrodošli! Nudimo smještaj u potpuno renoviranoj kamenoj kućici uz more za 4 osobe. Kuća ima dvije spavaće sobe, kupaonu i čajnu kuhinju sa dnevnim boravkom. Na raspolaganju je potpuno opremljena kuhinja u tipičnoj istarskoj taverni s kaminom, natkrivena terasa sa pogledom na more, prostran vrt sa ležaljkama, solarnim tušem i roštiljem, prostor sa perilicom rublja i ostavom za bicikle te natkriveno parkiralište. U cijeni je uključen i najam bicikla ( 4 Giant mountain bikes: 2 L i 2 M).

Ferienhaus am Meer mit großem Garten und Terrasse

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in Pješčana Uvala in der Nähe des Waldes Soline, 4 km von der antiken Stadt Pula entfernt. In der Nähe des Hauses befinden sich zwei Strände: Pješčana Uvala und /oder Uvala Soline, beide ca. 700 m entfernt, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Innerhalb von 5 km befinden sich mehr als 20 Badestrände. Kap Kamenjak in der Nähe von der Ortschaft Prementura ist unbedingt sehenswert.

The small house is completly renovated in june 2016. and it is located just on a perfect position, 50 m from the pebble beach. Everything is in a walking distance, the promenade 20 m, children's playground 60 m, restaurant 60 m, center 250 m, supermarket 350 m. It is in a ground floor with fenced terrace and pets friendly. It has a large comfortable bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom, covered terrace, private parking.

The studio located approximately 400 meters from the old town is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and wireless internet. Recently renovated bungalow is located in a calm and tranquil village Ravni (cca 10 km from Labin and 15 km from Rabac). It lies in the first row, surrounded with greenery and it offers a beautiful sea view not far from the beach (6 min by foot). Bungalow has bright living room with kitchen and dining area, balcony, garden, bathroom, small hallway and bedroom.
