Tallinn Residences are two identical new detached private houses in a beutiful quiet green area located just 6 kilometres from city centre of Tallinn. We have our own new private outdoor tennis court. If it's raining you can play @Peetri indoor tennis centre only 100m from us. We are easily reachable from Tallinn Airport. Each room of the house has an individually adjustable heating system and a central ventilation system. The houses are equipped with all necessary equipment to enjoy your stay!

4 km to the Downtown of Tallinn, 5 km to the Old Town, 2 km to the Airport, 6 km to the harbour, 8 km. to beautiful sandy beach Pirita, 2,5 km to biggest shopping center in town, big grocery store 0,8 km. Possibility to reserve 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people. No smoking inside. Sauna and organic morning coffee for extra charges. Free use of kitchen. In front of the house is a 25 m2 terrace and a wood-burning sauna with a panoramic view. Hot tub for an additional fee. Stylish and beautiful apartment on 6th floor with a nice view over Old town. The apartment is spacious and well designed, fully furnished and equipped with household appliances. The house is located in an area of cultural and ecological significance: several cafes, grocery stores, supermarkets, various service, restaurant and sports facilities. In the immediate vicinity the Old Town about 10 - 15 min, within walking distance; Kadriorg Park 5 min walk. Tram and bus stops nearby.

Selles madalate lagedega majas saad puhata kogu perega. NB! Lärmakad peod on rangelt keelatud!! Lisatasu eest on võimalik rentida saun (50€). Kümblustünn samuti lisatasu eest (60€). Kümbustünni puhul on vajalik 24h ette öelda, kui on soov kasutada! Trepil on nii üleval kui ka all korrusel turvaväravad. Terrassil grill, süsi palume endal kaasa võtta! Pererahvas elab samas hoovis, umbes 50m kaugusel! Palume öörahust kinni pidada! Öörahu 23:00-8:00!

At Tiidu Talu premises you can enjoy birds songs, peaceful morning and joyful evening with sauna and grill. Saunamaja has terrace where you can rest after sauna and have dinner with your family or friends. Master house is just 20 meters away and if you need anything, hosts would be happy to assist.
