I had the most incredible stay at this villa! From the moment I’ve arrived, I fell in love with stunning interior. Still, the highlights were definitely the breathtaking sea view and the infinity pool. Everything was immaculate, with a level of cleanliness (especially kitchen) and attention to detail that exceeded my expectations. It’s clear that everything in the villa is brand new and thoughtfully designed, offering both luxury and comfort. Whether you’re relaxing inside or enjoying the small garden outdoors, this villa truly offers the perfect balance of style and serenity. I would love to return! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a beautiful and tranquil getaway.

Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique villa ! La maison est décorée avec goût, les chambres sont spacieuses et les piscines très agréables ! Quelques petites suggestions ont été transmises à Taher afin d’améliorer la qualité des prestations. (manque de quelques équipements et propreté à approfondir) Un grand merci à Moussa pour sa disponibilité sur place et son aide précieuse tout au long de notre séjour.

Staying in this incredible house was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. Beyond that, the host, Dr. Nidhal, is an exceptionally busy person yet always available to assist guests, going above and beyond expectations. His hospitality truly enhances the stay. Although I’m not familiar with golf, I thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant and inspiring atmosphere surrounding the villa. Without a doubt, an outstanding experience 5/5!

This place is probably the most beautiful that we have stayed in. It is just amazing, beautifully furnished, great art work, very traditional, it felt like we had our own private palace. It is situated in the centre of Sidi Bou Said, but nevertheless still quiet and private. Sayma was a really responsive host and accommodating with our late check in and out. We got a real taste of Tunisia in this wonderful home and would highly recommend it

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Malek. Mes parents ont été accueillis avec une gentillesse et une attention rares : sa maman, qui gère tout sur place, est d’une bienveillance et d’une discrétion admirables. On sent tout de suite qu’ici, l’hospitalité est une vraie valeur familiale. L’appartement est impeccable : d’une propreté irréprochable, parfaitement équipé, confortable et décoré avec goût. Tout a été pensé pour le bien-être des voyageurs, jusqu’aux moindres détails. Le quartier est calme et agréable, avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Malek a été extrêmement réactif, disponible et prévenant tout au long du séjour. C’est l’un des meilleurs Airbnb que j’aie réservés, et je le recommande les yeux fermés. Un immense merci à Malek et à sa maman pour leur accueil si humain et chaleureux !

Très beau logement et un très bel accueil. Le jour de notre arrivée, il y avait un souci avec la wifi mais nos hôtes ont été très réactif et nous ont trouvé très rapidement une solution. nous recommandons les yeux fermés. encore merci à eux

Houdas Haus war einfach nur unglaublich schön und gemütlich. Die Dekoration in jeden Räume wurde mit viel Liebe und Kunst durchdacht. So lädt das Haus zeitgleich, alt-neu und modern orientalische Ambiente ein. Jede Möbelstücke, Dekoration & Ausstattung und Farben der Räume bieten eine erholsame gemütliche Atmosphäre. Man merkt, hier wurde viel Zeit, Arbeit und Liebe reingesteckt. Das Haus ist viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Ich würde jedem dieses schöne Haus empfehlen, sofort! Für den Preis und Leistungsverhältnis ist das Haus ein unglaubliches Jewel 💖. Wie haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und wollten gar nicht mehr ausziehen. Wenn wir Tunesien nochmal machen würden, würden wir direkt wieder dort wohnen wollen! Houda war reaktionsschnell, war immer da. Die Lage ist ruhig und sieht im ersten Augenblick nicht einladend aus. Man muss sich im klaren sein, dass man in der Altstadt wohnt und mitten drin ist. Die Wege und Gassen sind sicher und sind beleuchtet, aber teilweise liegen Müll rum.

Very beautiful and tasteful decoration of the apartment leaves you with the feeling of a past colonial era of Tunis. The place is very spacious and it was spotless clean. The location is just perfect for all kinds of tourists - nevertheless you want to feel the busy life of the Medina or you prefer the European touch - this is definitely the best choice! Ines met us in person and allowed us to check-in an hour before the time mentioned in the listing. She is a very welcoming and responsive host and her beautiful smile warmed our hearts. We recommend this apartment to every traveler and we look forward to return to this gorgeous place.

Amen’s apartment is spotless and exactly as described. It’s located in a quiet yet very central part of La Marsa, making it both peaceful and convenient. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation!

Pascale is a great host with a big smile and great commitment. Her guest house includes a nice pool, great landscape, and tasteful local cuisine. This stay is a hidden gem where all stress from daily life melts away. Outstanding!

As soon as you step foot into this home, you won’t want to leave!!! Every inch of the home is immaculate. All the finishes are top of the line, and make you feel as if you’re in complete luxury at every turn. Sunlight in every room, spacious yard and plenty of balcony space on the top levels. You won’t find better in Tunis. My family and I are truly in love with this home. Tres belle villa disposant de tout le nécessaire pour un agréable séjour. Une belle piscine a deux niveau pour les petits et les grands. Une vie imprenable sur la mer. Plage a une 10 min en voiture Chawki est aux petits soins, tres réactif, toujours disponible pour aider et conseiller.

Nous avons adoré cette Belle Maison de vacances malgré quelques petits problèmes d'entretien qui ont été résolus grâce à la réactivité du personnel. La Description de la maison devrait être affinée (ex:pas de cuisine intérieure contrairement à ce qui a été décrit sur l'annonce, un seul Frigo pour une capacité de 16 personnes c'est peu..etc) sinon, le cadre est magique dans les hauteurs de la forêt avec une piscine rafraîchissement et une magnifique vue sur mer. Jouer au Padel aussi a été un moment amusant pour les adultes. Globalement, c'est un séjour réussi avec un bon rapport Qté/prix

Je suis partie avec ma famille et nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! La maison est nickel, la plage juste à coté est tout simplement magnifique et pas du tout remplie, nous étions seules. La maison est très bien équipée et très sécurisée. Hachem a été très réactif et s’assurait à chaque fois qu’on ne manquait de rien. Allez-y les yeux fermés :)

Notre séjour a été vraiment incroyable. Mehdi a été très flexible avec nous, et nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Hanen, qui a su rendre notre arrivée encore plus agréable. La villa est parfaitement équipée, et la cheminée a ajouté une touche particulière à notre expérience. Sans oublier le paysage à couper le souffle, qui a vraiment sublimé notre séjour. Une expérience inoubliable, nous recommandons vivement !
