The Tiny Escape

Unwind from the demands of daily life & reconnect with nature! Surrounded by natives & nestled upon the hillside with expansive views overlooking our farm & the Valley below, this is a space to sit back & enjoy. Our Tiny House is off grid. It has double glazing, a gas heater, marine grade composting toilet, large porch area for dining. Our deer & cattle graze the countryside below. Dogs allowed but outside only, in kennel on the porch (bed supplied). Welcome to your Tiny Escape!

Cabin on the Lane

Cereal Breakfast provided. Escape to a cosy, character-filled cabin that was once our family’s home while we built our house. Crafted almost entirely from recycled materials, fittings, and furniture. It’s a cute and comfortable up-cycled retreat. It may be a little older, but its quirky details and warm atmosphere make it the perfect spot to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy a stay with real personality. Kitchenette has a jug, toaster, microwave and a bbq outside. Limited Wi-Fi availability

Totara Croft, a stargazers dream

A new 30 sq m cabin, views from every angle looking out at cows, sheep & valley below. Wake to birdsong. An old Totara forest behind the cabin to admire the views & watch the Kereru & other native birds. 15 mins to Feilding, Vinegar Hill, 20 mins to Kimbolton (Cross Hill Gardens) or 30 mins to Apiti. Continental breakfast supplied, along with tea, coffee, sugar etc. Large deck to sit and enjoy the views over the valley below. Plenty of parking for a trailer if required.

Flat Hills Family Pod 2

Set in the grounds of Flat Hills Cafe in the scenic Rangitikei Valley. This Pod can accomodate up to 4 people. We have a shower & toilet block as well as a large campers lounge with 50inch tv, book and toy corner and kitchen. Each Pod has its own TV, fridge plus tea & coffee making facilities. There is a BBQ to use on those finer evenings & free Wifi in the cafe grounds. For families we have a play area with bouncy castle, farm animals & even a maze!! **CAFE CLOSED ON TUESDAYS**

Annie's on Arawa

Located close to bike trails and a mere 20mins from Turoa ski field and 40mins to Whakapapa ski field, this cosy chalet has everything you need for an epic summer or winter getaway. The new hot water system provides a hot and strong pressured shower. Not only will you be staying close to fantastic restaurants and cafes, but you’re also close to the supermarket, ski gear, shuttle and bike hire. Small shopping centres nearby along with cafes, supermarkets, takeaways & post shop. You may meet our two 2 nosey cats Baxter & Ruby during your stay.
