The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.

Here in “New B,” small-town festivals and Friday night high school football games are just a part of our DNA. Our home is just seconds from Redbank Valley bicycle trail, and within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants, as well as fishing in the Redbank Creek.

Cozy quiet retreat

We live upstairs in a contemporary style house built in 2000 1 new Queen sized bed Queen sized air mattress if needed upon request We will have some small snacks and drinks provided for you upon arrival . The kitchen is fully stocked with anything for your cooking or baking needs. We are a quiet living family but as we are upstairs there may be some noise. However we go to bed early 😊
