Von dieser Wohnung aus seit ihr in 15 Min am Stephansplatz und in 10 Min bei der Therme Wien (Spa). 2 Dachterassen mit Blick zur Innenstadt und auf die Wiener Berge. U Bahn ist direkt vorm Haus (U1). Die Wohnung hat alles, z.B. Küche mit allen Geräten, WLAN, TV, etc. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke, etc. sind direkt vor Ort. Parkmöglichkeit-ca. 5 Euro/Tag, gibt es ( 5 Min) - am öffentlichen Parkplatz "Verteilerkreis Favoriten". Aufzug ist vorhanden (Dachgeschoss).

Hello traveler, This is a flat, 15 -20 min to the city center. The subway U1 is max 3 minutes walking distance away. It has a kitchen and three sleeping rooms, a toilet and a bathroom and an entrance room. It is a quiet place, the windows are in the direction to the garden of the house. The Therme-Wien is 15 minutes away with the subway U1.There are three supermarkets, four restaurants in the area. It is only possible to access the apartment by walking stairs, it is on the first floor.
