De vakantiewoning bevindt zich op de 1e verdieping en heeft een oppervlakte van 76 m² incl. balkon. De woning biedt twee slaapkamers met elk een twee-persoonsbed, een woon-eetkamer en een open keuken. De badkamer is compleet nieuw. Nog een extra kleine slaapkamer met stapelbed (bereikbaar via 1 van de slaapkamers) kan bij een bezettingsgraad van 6 persoon separaat geboekt worden. Het ruime, overdekte balkon nodigt zelfs als het regent uit om te genieten van het panoramische uitzicht over de Wilde Kaiser en de Hohe Salve.

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

Chalet Maria is a traditional Austrian mountain retreat situated close to Maria Alm and right in the middle of the fantastic Hochkoenig skiing and hiking area. The skiing slopes are only a 50 meter walk from the chalet. Directly from the chalet you can quickly reach several great MTB routes or hiking tours.

Ski in, Ski out! Besser kann man dieses wunderschöne, freistehende Chalet direkt an der Skipiste von Kirchberg nicht kennzeichnen. Morgens direkt auf die Piste, ohne Skibus oder Schlange stehen - phantastisch! Das Chalet steht an der Piste zur Fleckalmbahn. Das Chalet wurde 2016 renoviert und nach dem neuesten Standard eingerichtet. Skiraum bzw. Abstellraum ist direkt im gleichen Gebäude vorhanden.
