Wow just wow! From the moment we made contact with Eranga we were so well looked after. Even before we got to the wonderful house we were had our transport organised to take our family of 5 from Colombo Airport to the AirBNB we were then helped with settling in and greeted with coconuts. Whether it was hire cars, recommendations for activities such as releasing baby turtles into the ocean Eranga was our guy! The house itself has everything you need and is spacious clean and tidy thanks to daily visits from lovely helpers around the house and garden. Air Conditioning is amazing and works really well. The ocean is steps away from the house which is situated in a surfers area. Make sure you visit the Sandbank restaurant for well priced food, music and Thursday night ping pong tournament. Peacocks running in the garden and the friendliest dog ever. We loved this place and would return in a heartbeat! Thank you for making our Sri Lanka trip so memorable. Just amazing!

Sie haben wirklich alles getan, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Villa selbst war makellos, komfortabel und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die wir uns nur wünschen konnten. Die Lage war perfekt, um Ruhe zu genießen und gleichzeitig die Umgebung zu erkunden. Suresh und Manel waren immer zur Stelle, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Hilfe benötigten, und ihre Freundlichkeit und Professionalität haben unseren Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Sie haben uns nicht nur willkommen geheißen, sondern uns das Gefühl gegeben, zu Hause zu sein. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.

Very special property - felt like staying in a James Bond villa straight out of a movie. We had fantastic food both nights we stayed as well. The pool is massive - 20m! Service and quality throughout could not be faulted. Worth every penny. Highly recommended

Wir hatten uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist ein Traum und es war sehr ruhig. Die Familie hat uns herzlich empfangen! Der eigene Balkon mit Ausblick auf Palmen ist wunderschön. Wir konnten dort auch Wäsche waschen und essen kochen. Wenn wir wieder in Matara sind, kommen wir wieder zu euch!🫶🏻

Our stay at this villa was absolutely amazing. It was the best of our vacation so far. The host was incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for the area. The location is ideal, peaceful within walking distance of the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants. The villa itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The highlights were definitely the beautiful pool and the open-shower bathroom, which added a unique touch to our stay. We’ll definitely be back! Overall, we had a fantastic experience.

Darshani's and Lucky's home is just amazing, we spent so goo time there! First of all, it is an entire floor (which is huge!) with your own private gate. The floor has a really big free space : wonderful chill zone with a lot of sofas, nice bedroom with a/c, bathroom and your own kitchen with all you need for daily cooking. There is also a dining table which is great as a workplace as well. In the living room there are some balconies and if you will open the doors you will feel a light cool breeze, so nice! The wi-fi is good for daily work as well. Location is nice, its close to the beach(10 min by bike) where you can swim with turtles. But the most important are hosts - Darshani and Lucky are so kind, caring and lovely. The will help with anything you need and even more! We had a wonderful time in their house and we would stay more, but it was already booked by another people for a several months, so you are lucky if you have an opportunity to book this amazing place.

Die Villa hat einen schönen Pool mit Meerblick und ist sehr geräumig. Wir haben das Haus als Familie mit zwei Kindern bewohnt. Das Hauspersonal, dass zum Teil im gesonderten vorderen Hausbereich wohnt, ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit serviceorientiert. Besondere Erwähnung verdient auch der Haushund ‚Bella‘. Sie ist ein besonders liebes Wesen, die gerne die Gemeinschaft sucht, am Strand begleitet und auf die Gäste aufpasst. Sie hat dem Haus eine sehr positive Atmosphäre verliehen. Die Mahlzeiten haben wir allesamt vor Ort in der Villa eingenommen. Das Essensangebot des hauseigenen Kochs ist groß. Die Speisen werden lecker zubereitet.

My two girlfriends and I had the best time at Koratuwa Villa, from the beginning to the end. The villa is beautiful, especially the garden and pool. We spent every morning with a dip and went back out in the evening to watch the stars (and fireflies!) from the loungers. The rooms were super comfortable, especially the master bedroom - the comfiest bed I've ever slept in! The hosts were so kind, friendly and super communicative. I arranged a meal for our first night which was a godsend as we were exhausted after a big day of travelling, and it was delicious. Cham was so helpful every step of the way, responding to all of our questions and arranging travels and tours to make the most of our stay. The location is perfect - it's super quiet and peaceful and away from the hustle, but you can be at Dikwella or Hiriketiya in 10m by tuktuk (which Cham can arrange for you). One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. Already planning the next visit! Thank you!!

Excellent accomodation, great value for money. Large accomodation with beautiful garden directly located at the beach. Very friendly staff and easy communication. We‘re happy to come back again
