Lovely top floor unit with a huge balcony and spacious balcony that has views to the North and East. The bed is soft and A/C unit is quiet at night should you need it, but we were surprised how cool the apartment kept despite being 4 floors up. The living room is spacious with a lovely view of the sea and a decent kitchen set-up. The bathroom might not be for everyone as the shower is small and not completely enclosed, but it was not problem for us. Giorgios kindly left us a basket of fruit and a bottle of wine and he allowed us to check-in early, which was a big help for our schedule.

Die Unterkunft liegt im Dorf Kouses und ist perfekt für Ruhesuchende. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf die Landschaft mit den Olivenhainen von Manolis, dem Eigentümer. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders gefreut haben uns die Gastgeschenke. Olivenöl aus eigener Herstellung das zu den 10 besten weltweit gehört, Oliven und Raki. Manolis hat uns sogar eine Tour durch seine Olivenhaine mit anschließender Verkostung des Öls in seinem Haus bei Kaffee:). Wir haben viel dazugelernt und er ist mit Herzblut bei der Sache! Danke Manolis. Super war der selbsterstellte Link vom Gastgeber Ioannis, wir haben diese sehr viel genutzt und waren dankbar über die tollen Tipps! Danke Ioannis! Schön ist auch, dass auf Nachhaltigkeit geachtet wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Nuestra estancia en esta casa tradicional de piedra en Creta fue maravillosa. Desde el primer momento, nos sentimos muy bien recibidos por el anfitrión, quien se mantuvo en contacto antes, durante y después de la visita, siempre atento a cualquier necesidad. A nuestra llegada, encontramos pequeñas delicias locales y productos básicos para una estancia cómoda, como jabón para lavar ropa y vajillas. La casa es amplia, acogedora y está equipada con todo lo necesario: juegos de mesa, calentadores, aire acondicionado en dos habitaciones, mantas suficientes (muy útiles debido al clima frío y lluvioso durante nuestra visita) y hasta una pequeña área de juegos para niños con columpio y tobogán, lo cual fue un detalle encantador viajando en familia. Stelios , el anfitrión, nos dio excelentes recomendaciones locales y resolvió cualquier pequeño inconveniente de forma inmediata. Una experiencia muy positiva que recomendamos sin dudar.

Super logement pour ma femme et moi avec notre bébé, agréable et bien équipé. l'essentiel pour séjourner étai présent. à proximité immédiate de la plage. un très bon moment

Η διαμονη μας ηταν εξαιρετικη! Το διαμερισμα ηταν πεντακαθαρο,ανετο και πληρως εξοπλισμενο με ολα οσα χρειαζομασταν για μια ευχαριστη διαμονη.Η τοποθεσια ηταν ιδανικη,κοντα σε μαγαζια,εστιατορια και μεσα μαζικης μεταφορας στην περιπτωση που δεν διαθεταμε αυτοκινητο . Ο οικοδεσποτης ηταν εξυπηρετικος και φιλικος ,παντα διαθεσιμος για οτι χρειαστηκαμε. Θα το προτεινουμε ανεπιφυλακτα και σιγουρα θα το προτιμησουμε ξανα.

I really enjoyed my two nights in this apartment. It felt like home and the host could not have been nicer. He offered local recommendations and even offered a late check-out since it was off season. The apartment is a block from the beach, very comfortable, and has anything you would need. It's a 15-20 minute walk into old town, but plenty nearby for food or necessities.

Lovely place and kind helpful accommodating hosts. Will definitely stay again. The bed was really comfortable. It was very peaceful and close to everything we needed. Thank you Maria. (A microwave in the apartment would make it even better, but that’s a minor thing.)

Great week spent just relaxing and had everything we needed. Pool was a great relief to the heat and visiting the local supermarket meant we cooked several times int he bbq and had breakfast looking over the views. Communication was great through out with some good recommendations. Loved that we had a mid week set of new towels / sheets and rubbish removed. It was just what we wanted - relaxed in a lovely location close to amenities . Thank you x

Our 3 month stay with Nicolas was truly amazing and surpassed our expectations in every way, and has raised the bar of what we want to experience in future vacations! The communication and care we received was excellent, we felt right at home and Nicolas struck a perfect balance of being available while still feeling like we have our own place. Waking up with views of the mountains feels serene and private, but the location is great because it’s only 5-10 mins to get to restaurants and shops like Elpis or Platia. Strongly recommend choosing to stay here with Nicolas, you are guaranteed to be delighted!
