It is annexed to the main family house and the beach is a short 5 minute stroll away. There’s a combined bedroom/lounge/diner with a luxurious superking bed, a separate kitchen & shower room. Suitable for a couple. A pebbled path leads to a small, courtyard garden with herbs for cooking & cocktails! This sunny space has bistro table & chairs for Guests exclusive use

Southwold's beach and famous beach huts are just a few off-road steps away and the high street with its independent shops, pubs and eateries are just round the corner. I genuinely love hosting and I prepare the house myself making sure that each guest is carefully catered for and has a very special stay.

A 20 min walk directly to the seafront and Southwold high street with many well known and independent shops, Pier, Adnams Brewery, pubs, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, marshes, and harbour. The property has key safe entry, a courtyard garden, TVs with Firesticks and WIFI. Fresh towels and bedding are provided. The local shop is just 5 min away, nearest public house is just a 10 minute walk away. The annexe sits next to our main property.

The Old Lamp Room. Self contained annexe

The Old Lamp Room used to store the lamps for the lighthouse until it became automatic. It is now an annexe to the old Lighthouse Keeper’s Cottage, which is our family home. Guests have their own front door and are free to use the small front courtyard garden which has a bistro table and chairs. Situated up a small path, behind the lighthouse and moments from the beach. The high street with its shops, restaurants and pubs is a 5 minute stroll away. An ideal cosy bolt hole.

Suffolk Cottage is a delightful self catering holiday cottage in the heart of Southwold, just a few minutes walk to the beach. Packed with period features, the property has been refurbished to provide stylish holiday living with quality fixtures and furnishings. No pets. Owners are allergic to dogs. Purbeck is a short walk (10/15 mins) into Southwold. Southwold offers a good choice of independent shops including ‘The Yard’ a newly opened waffle shop, Two Magpies Bakery and Mills family Butchers. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants to enjoy a breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you fancy a beach day there are plenty of places to enjoy a coffee and food,Gunhill Kiosk .There is plenty to keep you busy during your stay, Adnams tours , golf, walks and shopping

Dreamers Cottage, Pinkneys Lane, Southwold

Dreamers Cottage is perfectly located, right in the heart of Southwold. Short breaks throughout the year, with a minimum stay of just 2 nights even in high season. The cottage is just steps from the beach, with its traditional colourful beach huts, and so central to Southwold's fantastic cafés, deli's, restaurants, famous pubs & independent shops. Despite all this, the cottage is quiet and not overlooked. Absolutely no pets ever - so allergies are safe.

Starboard Side

Relax in the heart of Southwold in the newly renovated Starboard Side apartment. Please note that this apartment is on the first floor and accessed by a metal staircase. The twin bedroom is on the second floor up a steep and windy staircase. We love our quirky features but they may not be suitable to all guests! Starboard Side boasts one full size king bedroom and one upper floor twin bedroom, With a newly fitted kitchen and top of the range appliances.
