I've lovingly furnished and decorated it to a high standard to make it the perfect base to explore Southwold and the surrounding areas. The house features a cosy lounge with a log burner, a very spacious kitchen and living space, large master bedroom and king size double bed, a twin bed 2nd bedroom, as well as a fully enclosed garden. Ideally placed only a short walk to the high street and beach.

This picturesque Victorian villa has been used by our family as a holiday bolthole for 20 happy years. It has everything: space, a wonderful location and room for six people (and their dogs). The property was fully refurbished five years ago, although you do not need to treat it with kid gloves. It is a lived-in family house that is just a suited to families as it is groups of friends. The sandy beach, stunning countryside walks, boutique shops, great pubs and restaurants make Southwold the perfect destination for a family holiday or short weekend break.

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Horseshoes Barn is 10 minutes from Southwold, and is surrounded by countryside, with walks straight from the door. It's perfect for couples, families or friends, and for dogs, too! It's a great base for visiting Southwold beach, the shops, restaurants and a walk along the pier, then coming back to the peace and quiet of Uggeshall. We live in the grounds but are very respectful of privacy and strive to ensure you can completely relax and feel at home during your stay.

Only a 10 min walk from the beach and town centre and benefiting from a large rear garden. Comfortable and stylish furnishings plus a well equipped kitchen. A quirky addition is the "Lobster hut" located in the garden and affording a wonderfully unique dining experience. Restaurants and Pubs close by. Please note this home is not suitable for Children and Dogs. The bathroom is located on the ground floor and the stairs are steep. This is a cute, small terraced house.
