Cozy River House.

Delightful River House with beautiful views of the Tennessee River. Our kayaks are within walking distance to community boat ramp for exploring the river. 3 single kayaks and 1 double. On the main level, kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lower level has family room, bedroom with twin bunk beds, 1 bathroom and laundry room. The way our house sits on the peninsula, not much boat parking. Our neighbor on Sertoma Drive owns Undercover Storage as an option for boat parking.

Located on a secluded wooded acre on the famous Watts Bar Lake. 3 bed 2 bath, + loft, 2 kitchens on 2 levels, Comfortably sleeps 10. Open-concept design, beautifully furnished & well equipped kitchen. Huge upstairs deck overlooking the forest. Downstairs patio leads to a fire pit. This spacious home offers a peaceful retreat and is the perfect location on Watts Bar Lake. The house has two living rooms with spectacular views from both levels with lots of room to spread out. Enjoy upper and lower-level decks for long-range views of the lake and mountains, with occasional spotting of eagles or ospreys. Terrace View Marina is less than a mile for boat rentals, boat launch, slips, fuel and restaurant. There are two kayaks available that can be launched at the marina.
