I highly recommend this house. My daughter Got married and the accommodations were perfect for our large group. Mitch was amazing at his responses and extremely helpful.

Debbie's place was a great choice for us! the fishing is great. The dock is beautiful, and the house was decorated nice as well. She was very responsive and friendly. I'd recommend her place to my family and friends!

The house was just lovely. It was very neat & clean. It’s in a peaceful location but close enough to several things to do. Chasity was very responsive when we had questions. She had everything we needed & more! I definitely plan to come back.

My husband, 11 month old and I stayed with our best friends for his birthday and it was perfect! There was PLENTY of space and having 2 kitchens made it really easy to cook big meals (my husband is a chef). The view here is one to write home about. Beautiful sunrises and gorgeous sunset colors. We also like to fish so this spot on the peninsula with a dock to Fish off of was GREAT. Oh! And if you’re into bird watching, this spot has some of the BEST to watch the birds over the water. We even saw a bald eagle fly RIGHT by the house. Definitely are going to stay here again come summer time. Would absolutely recommend this to friends and family.

We stayed 3 nights at this place, and it was just what we needed. It’s a perfect size for 3 people (we had 2 adults and a child.) There is a bed in a bedroom and then a couch (not a pullout) that is roomy for sleeping. The shower was hot and the electric fireplace made the place very cozy and relaxing. If in the area again, we would definitely stay again.

The house is one level with easy access to dock and firepit on grounds. Relaxing deck in back with gorgeous water views, and a huge screened in porch in front. We loved fishing right from the shore! Excellent streaming from multiple TVs. Wifi never failed... We enjoyed the Spring City Park with a well maintained dog park and paved walking paths. And we hiked the Cumberland Trails, all close by. Kitchen was well appointed with a drip coffeemaker AND a Keurig coffeemaker. Bring your groceries and then relax! We can't wait to come back! 5 stars 🌟

Shawn's place is wonderful. Full of charm and natural beauty. The house and property are truly a special place to stay. A great place to be surrounded in nature and peace. And very close to many state park and natural areas for hiking. The house is very clean and charming. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking. Everything functions great. Shawn is a wonderful caring person. I wholeheartedly recommend Shawn's place to anybody!

Joanna was the greatest! The place was on her personal property so the door was unlocked prior to our arrival. It was stocked with all the amenities that we needed, plus some personal extras that made our stay even better. Little extras such as the blanket on our bed folded in the shape of a heart. We are definitely coming back!

Very pleasant stay!

Very family friendly place in a safe, spacious environment. The house is exactly like the photos. Beds are comfortable and there’s a lot of outdoor space. We struggled with the front door lock so we ended up leaving it locked and used an unlocked door on the back porch when we left. This was a great location near a wedding venue. It was basically the only place we could find or honestly I would not have paid as much. We did receive last minute check in info that said we couldn’t turn the air below 74 because he said the unit would freeze up and if so we would have to pay the service fee. This was not in the listing and the owner retracted that request.

Great house exactly what we needed for a large group as we were in town for a wedding. House was close to to the venue at Howe Farms. The house was beautiful and super clean we had ever thing we needed couldn’t have ask for a better experience.

There is absolutely nothing bad about this home. Exactly what they said it would be and more. Our group of 15 was there for a church conference for Teens and they all loved it!! So much to do at the house for fun and the sleeping accommodations were perfect!! 3 spotless full bathrooms were a Godsend and that 16 foot dining room was amazing! We were all able to sit together and talk about our day. The amenities and location made us feel welcome and at home. We plan to stay again and would highly recommend this property to anyone. Right off 411 a super great place to stay when traveling through or in our case visiting family. Close to the highway but you do t hear or see anything and feel completely isolated in a beautiful oasis. Super easy stay for my family thank you Renee

This place was the perfect size for the three of us and our small dog. There's a nice back porch with a grill, a rocking chair and a patio table and chairs and a tv. It's a very peaceful spot near the golf course. We were in town for four days to visit my family and this place worked out exactly how we needed it to.

First of all - the outhouse was shockingly nice. This was one of my biggest reservations about staying here, but it was very clean and convenient to have available during our stay. The cabin is really cute, and it's definitely got personality! The fire pit area with the solar lights was our favorite spot, and our pup had a blast playing in the creek. For one or two nights, this place is perfect. The beds were of course not exactly luxury material, but that was to be expected, and we would have loved some kind of outdoor shower, but overall, no complaints! We highly recommend staying here if you need a break from the hustle and bussle in a peaceful, animal friendly spot. :)

My friends and I enjoyed staying at Adam’s place! There was plenty of room for all of us. Adam’s place had plenty of games, ping pong, fishing equipment, and even inflatable kayaks to take to the nearby lake. Our only complaint was a small ant/bug problem, but spray was provided and these are hard to avoid living so close to the lake. Thanks for the great stay Adam!

Amazing house. Clean and just like the photos. Right on the water with a fantastic view from beauty covered porches with comfortable furniture!!

This space was great. The bed was comfortable, as was the living room furniture. I slept well and enjoyed the movies that were provided. It was great to have a place to rest after visiting family during the day. I was also able to have my dad and step-mom over to play cards. The neighborhood was quiet and I loved being able to see the lake. The owner also communicates well. The only negative was a slight musty smell. I would stay here again if it was available during my next trip.
