Please consider that windows face street - i love the city vibes that sometimes come in, with a park just across the street but for those in a need of an absolute peace and quiet just make sure you’re all good with that :) We are often fully booked - if the dates you're looking for are available don't hesitate to book we'll take great care of you. Trust me and the reviews, you're in good hands. Business or leisure – this is the place you'll be happy to come back to. It is tastefully decorated and has everything one would need for a comfortable and beautiful stay – fully equipped kitchen, comfortable double bed, washing machine, fridge, workspace and located right across the street from a beautiful park. There's a separate bedroom and a living room that is combined with the kitchen. Very cozy, warm and clean. Spacious bathroom. Please know that both windows go out to street so in summer if you keep them open city life noise will be there. Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. Me and my husband Mikelis are available via phone or email. This is a lovely area with cool cafes, bars, and restaurants within 15 minutes and the old town a pleasant walk away. Public transport is just around the corner, while the stunning Ziedoņdārzs Park is right next to the building. Use Terbatas or Barona street to get you to city center on foot; full of lovely architecture on the way. Miera street distric is a 10 minute walk away and full of tredy cafe, local craftsmet shops, chololate museum and more. Enjoy your time! Trolleybus stop is located just outside the apartment and on your left (on Caka street) Although I usually prefer using tram to get to old town - that's located on Kr. Barona street - when you leave the apartment turn right on Artilerijas street. Next street after Barona is Terbatas - that a wonderful option if u're taking a walk. If u're here for a longer stay consider buying 5 day pass for public transport. Also Taxify app - its a wonderful app for taxies in Riga. Very affordable option. Please know that both windows go out to street. Windows have fantastic sound isolation, curtains block out light and I don't feel its noisy- noisy, but during the summer the streets gets busy and I can't guarantee absolute silence to those highly sensitive to noise.

Миниатюрная однокомнатная квартира целиком, удобно расположена - рядом с аэропортом, магазинами и центром города. Я делаю всё возможное, чтобы вам было комфортно: поддерживаю чистоту, слежу за порядком и стараюсь создать уютную атмосферу. Дом старый, но есть двор и место для парковки. К сожалению, на некоторые вещи я повлиять не могу, зато внутри вас ждёт чистое, аккуратное и удобное пространство. Многие гости ставят 5 звёзд за комфорт и чистоту, и я всегда рада сделать ваше пребывание приятным!

Newly renovated apartment in a 1895 building in Riga center, a stone throw away from Riga Central station, yet quiet and cosy. It has all the facilities for a modern living, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a high table to work or enjoy a coffee. There is a separate bedroom with a comfortable bed and large built-in closet. Ideally suited for 2 people however we can host 3 persons if needed. Amenities are provided. The apartment is located on a chic street in the city center with some nice cafes and bridal shops, 12 minute walk from the central train station and 15 minute walk from the Old Town. Plenty of public transport options available within 3 minute walk, which will help you reach tourist attractions in no time. The sofa bed has been changed to a bed.

We offer you a modern apartment in a newly constructed building. The apartment is located in a quiet area to the park and the Botanical Garden. Near the house a department store "RIMI", in which there is a pizzeria, a cheese factory shop, a pharmacy and a Hesburger. Nearby there are all kinds of public transport (tram, bus, trolley bus). The Old Town is 15 minutes, Airport 15 minutes. Near the house is free parking. The territory is fenced, there is a playground, a quiet courtyard.
