Izuzetan stan, 110 m2 s veličanstvenim pogledom, u kući na samom moru. U uređenju stana zahvaljujući profinjenom ukusu i kvalitetnim materijalima očuvane su vrijednosti kuće čija gradnja datira 1928.g. Uz stan, gostima je na raspolaganju dodatni prostor na otvorenom uz more, te privatni pristup moru. Stan je zamišljen za 3 osobe ( uz posebne uvjete može ugostiti 4 osobe). U istoj kući iznajmljuje se i mali studio apartman za 2 osobe, koji je moguće iznajmiti istovremeno kad je slobodan.

Smješten u mirnom području, u sklopu obiteljske kuće, ovaj apartman s pogledom na Kastav i Viškovo je pravi mali raj za mir i odmor. Apartman je u potpunosti opremljen sa svim kućanskim aparatima, a na raspolaganju je i roštilj sa stolom za cijelu obitelj. Obilježje koje ističe ovaj apartman su mirne i ugodne noći bez ljetnih vrućina, jutra puna cvrkuta ptica i okruženost prirodom. Lokacija je idealna za izlete u okolici, a do najbliže plaže može se automobilom.

Spacious & historic apartment near the city centre

Charming old building from 1896 located near the city center and the port. The light filled apartment has 100 square meters. There are two big bedrooms with ACs. One bedroom has a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, e.g. washing machine and dish washer. Moreover you can drink your morning coffee on my balcony and enjoy the sea view. I am subletting my private apartment when I am not in Rijeka. Therefore I ask you to leave the apartment as you found it.
