Das Bau House ist wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft in der wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Wer in der Nähe von Oristano eine Unterkunft sucht ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Daniele war super nett, hilfsbereit und hatte nützliche Empfehlungen. Würden die Unterkunft jedem Empfehlen.

Bosa is a perfect place to stay to explore the central and northern Sardinia. In this season Bosa Marina is very quiet and peaceful but with very few restaurants & shops open. But with a car Bosa itself has everything you need. The apartment was exactly as described and was a very comfortable haven for me and my family. It was also lovely having the personalised touch of Pasquina's books, artwork, etc. around giving the space a great feel. And the view from the windows of sea and sunsets was wonderful. In full disclosure, I will admit that the 4 floors walk-up was daunting and not ideal for babies, small children and those not in great shape! But there view was a reward! Another point that was totally our fault for not noticing before booking is the lack of WiFi. Two of the 4 of us staying had planned this as a working holiday - we managed to find work arounds but WiFi provided would have made this perfect. I must emphasize - it was our fault - nothing was mis-presented in the listing.

Wir haben die Tage in Michaelas Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, hat alles was man braucht und liegt direkt am Strand und umgebem von einem schönen Garten. Michaela und ihre Mutter sind sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und äusserst aufmerksame Gastgeberinnen. Sehr zu empfehlen! Herzlichen Dank für alles!

Antonio’s place is exactly as pictured and described. The view is incredible. It was so peaceful and quiet. Make sure to grab groceries before because you will not want to leave once you get there! The road is rough as described and as properly warned an suv is a must! But well worth it. Incredible place to be able to enjoy. Thanks so much Antonio! We hope to come back someday 😁

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans la maison de Giuseppe. Nous avons été extrêmement bien reçus par un couple prévenant, plein de gentilles attentions, et avons découvert une maison très agréable. Tous les équipements nécessaires à un bon séjour y sont proposés, et le cadre est absolument sublime, calme, paisible et de toute beauté. Le maison est impeccable, fonctionnelle... Merci pour tout, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Soggiorno perfetto! la casa ha tutto il necessario e anche di più! Fabio e Manuela super disponibili. E la vista dalla terrazza è semplicemente meravigliosa!

Krásné a prostorné ubytovani v těsné blizkosti pláže. Vybavená kuchyň, velký obývací pokoj, 2 ložnice, 2 koupelny. Venkovni sprcha a pračka byla velkým přínosem. Pár metrů od domu obchod s potravinami, kavárna i zmrzlina. Podel plaze spoustu barů a restaurací. 20min autem krásná pláž s bílým pískem a azurovým mořem. Alberto byl skvělý hostitel. Děkujeme za krásnou dovolenou.

Vincenzo ist super nett! Seine Wohnung hebt sich von der Standard Einrichtung angenehm ab, der Surf- Style hat uns gut gefallen. Das niedrige Zimmer für Kinder ist toll und der Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon genial. Gerne wieder!

La Finestra sul Mare è stata esattamente ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. La casa era pulita, comoda e dotata di tutti i comfort, inclusa la lavastoviglie. Ma il vero punto di forza è la splendida vista sul mare e sul tramonto, che ci accompagnava ogni sera durante la cena. I dintorni sono verdi, tranquilli e perfetti per passeggiate rilassanti. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con l’acqua, ma il proprietario è stato molto reattivo e lo ha risolto nel giro di poche ore. Inoltre, dopo la partenza ci siamo accorti di aver dimenticato un paio di occhiali da sole: sono stati ritrovati e ci hanno aiutato a recuperarli. Esperienza davvero positiva.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, wir haben alles gefunden, was wir brauchten (und noch mehr) und es ist alles sehr sauber. Antonio ist sehr freundlich und ein angenehmer Gastgeber. Der Pool und die Nähe zum Meer haben uns sehr gefallen und wir können diese Unterkunft bestens empfehlen.

Klare Anweisungen erhalten für den Check-In. Vorgängig viele Videos und Fotos erhalten für den Zugang zur Wohnung und für das „korrekte“ benutzen der Wohnung. Die Lage ist super, super schöner Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon oder vom Meer. Die Wohnung/Studio ist klein aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Kleine Küche, gut geeignet zum einfache Menus kochen.

Le logement est très agréable, joliment décoré, très propre, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Le lieu est magique et Antonio très accueillant, serviable, disponible et à l’écoute. La piscine, très jolie également et très bien agrémentée de plantes diverses, tout est extrêmement bien entretenu. Nous avons passé quelques jours de détente dont nous nous souviendrons. Nous recommandons ce logement à 150%. Merci Antonio.

Great view and nice facilities.

Le logement correspond exactement au descriptif. L’accueil par Sabrina est excellent et je la remercie encore de ses précieux conseils. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Cinzia, peut-être une prochaine fois. La chambre mansardée est très chaude, malgré la climatisation, et l’aération la nuit par courant d'air. Cinzia en a conscience et va tenter d'y remédier. Je ne mets pas 5 étoiles, parce que avec deux adolescents, la Wi-Fi a énormément manquée, malgré les activités et visites quotidiennes. Je recommande ce logement pour toutes les qualités que j'ai cité. merci encore à Sabrina. Nous ne sommes pas vu simplement comme de simples touristes.

El alojamiento está muy bien, las habitaciones muy bien y todo como se describía en el anuncio. La piscina muy bien y limpia y el parking bien también.El pueblo tiene una playa familiar que está muy bien. Playa del arco cerca y playas de la península de Oristán a media hora. La zona es muy tranquila , sin concentración de turismo. Hay 2 restaurantes que están muy bien. Quizás le falta al pueblo un buen Supermercado, el más cercano está a 18 minutos. Hemos pasado unas buenas vacaciones en este alojamiento. Volveríamos sin dudar. La atención de Sara muy bien, nos atendió enseguida.

Tökéletes választás! Nagyon tiszta, hihetetlenül jól felszerelt, a konyha minden elképzelést felül múlt, bármit megtalálsz, ami kellhet. Extra dolgok az ágymelegítő, vasaló, párátlanító készülék. Mi minden nap használtuk, ajánlatos, mert nagyon párás a levegő. Kényelmes az ágy, nagyon jókat pihentünk. Csodálatos a kilátás és a terasz, szebb, mint a képeken. Érdemes a zsalugátert kitárni mindig. Bosa városa nagyon szép, érdemes többször bemenni, a strand is kellemes, jó éttermeket találtunk. A város pár perc kocsival, viszont az autó elengedhetetlen. Mi az októbert preferáljuk pihenésre, nem volt zsúfolt a környék, nagyon csendes és pihentető nyaralás volt. A házigazda mindig elérhető volt és gyorsan válaszolt minden kérdésünkre. If you are looking for a place to unwind, to get away from the stress and noise of a busy life, this is it. The accommodation has wonderful views of the bay from its balcony, windows, and rooftop terrace. At night, the sound of the waves will lull you to sleep. In the morning, a 5-minute walk gets you to the beach. There is ample space for sleeping, dining, relaxing, sunbathing, and everything you need to make this house your home for as long as you stay. Everything was immaculately clean, and very well equipped. There was even a washing machine and detergent, a beach chair and umbrella and several beach toys (to which we added a boogie board that our little boy had a great time using!). The roof terrace has a table and chairs, sunbather, and even a shower. Silvia's parents -- who are totally lovely -- let us in and showed us around, and brought us a huge platter of delicious produce from their garden. I'd write more, but I'm running out of room and superlatives... We will be back!

Très belle maison avec tout ce qu'il faut même les produits de base ( lessive gels douche papier toilette dépannage sel et poivre). Le top au niveau confort avec la climatisation. Superbes terrasses pour profiter du dehors avec vue incroyable. Plage accessible à pied pour les bons marcheurs car ça monte au retour ! Quartier calme dans les hauteurs. Faire ses courses avant de venir pour être tranquille mais petit supermarché pour dépanner.

Gianpietro war ein sehr netter Gastgeber, wir hatten via Chat Kontakt. Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos, zudem sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Es dauert nur wenige Minuten fußläufig zum schönen Strand. Mit den im Haus vorhandenen Rädern gelangt man auch zu anderen Buchten. Die Lage des Hauses hat uns für 10 Tage ermöglicht, die Westküste mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erkunden. Alles war insgesamt wirklich so schön, dass wir gerne einfach noch länger geblieben wären. Auch hier nochmals vielen Dank an Gianpietro! Es war unglaublich schön! Der Kontakt zu dir war immer sehr hilfreich, wenn ich Fragen hatte!

Beppe ist ein sehr zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Wir wurden über alles gut informiert. Das Haus ist wirklich so wie in der Beschreibung. Sehr schön und mit allem eingerichtet was für einen Urlaub nötig ist. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren genügend vorhanden. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einmalig. Auf der schöne Terrasse lassen sich tolle Sonnenuntergänge geniessen. Eine Treppe führt direkt zum Strand. Zum Baden gibt es verschiedene Möglichkeiten sofern es das Wetter und der Wind resp. das Meer zulässt. Wir hatten zum Teil stürmisches Meer, was sehr eindrucksvoll war. Dass noch intensive Bauarbeiten im Gang waren hat der Gastgeber keine Schuld. Wir arrangierten uns. Zum Einkaufen gibt es einen kleine Markt mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Grössere Einkaufsläden hat es in Bosa. Den Mittwochmarkt in Alghero lohnt sich ebenfalls. Das Restaurant im Dorf hat leckere Pizzas, von Vorteil einen Tisch reservieren. Also wir kommen gerne wieder. We spent two weeks in Torro del Pozzo in Alessandra's beautiful house. The view from living room, the bedrooms and especially from the terrace simply is amazing! The interior is friendly and spacious. The kitchen is small but very clean. There is a patio behind the house that is lovely when it's hot. We loved the small beach by the house just a two minute (steep) walk from the house! Parking the car proved a bit tricky, since our van was a bit oversized for the small (and again very steep) driveway. Turning the car in front of the neighbor's garage always took a few minutes but we preferred that to driving up the driveway backwards.:) The road is close but was rarely heard, the restaurant across the street (bar del capitano) makes great pizza! :) We loved our stay and really recommend Alessandra as a host and the villa as home base to discover this part of the island!

Appartement propre, très agréable très bien placé avec une terrasse inoubliable ! (Couverte pour la pluie très abritée du vent et avec une vue bien dégagée directement sur la mer) L’acces Direct à la plage est très agréable. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, propre et bien équipée. La salle de bain très agréable et les chambres confortables..

Federico came to house to meet us which was nice. His partner Dori speaks perfect English and kindly supplied instructions in english. She was very responsive and extremely helpful recommending restaurants and places to visit. We both really enjoyed our stay at Sea Land. We loved sitting outside under on the veranda in the shade and it was so peaceful. Only a short walk to the beach and a restaurant and bar was just along the beach. Putzu Ido is a small quiet place which is what we really liked. Thank you for all the food and drinks left for us to keep us going until we went to the shops. The house was very well equipped and we felt at home.

Great appartment direct at the sea. Very helpful and responsive host. We would book it again.
