Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

It is an excellent base for walking and there are many places of interest to discover such as Penshurst Place, Chiddingstone and Hever Castles with fantastic local pubs along the routes.

Outside is a fire pit for toasting marshmallows and stargazing before climbing into the king-size bed, dressed with soft Egyptian cotton. Downstairs there is an open plan entrance hall, kitchen island with fridge and tea making facilities, relaxing area with a tv and a small bathroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom with four poster bed, luxury bathroom with a double bath tub and a charming twin bedroom. There is a private garden with terrace and parking for 2 cars.
