We had a wonderful time at Marina's beautiful house! The children all absolutely loved the pool, and we have everything we needed in the house for living comfortably. The views are spectacular! And with Lucca only a short drive away we were spoiled for choice with things to do. Marina and Paulo were very friendly and helpful, with local recommendations and booking restaurants etc. It's definitely a holiday we'll remember and I would 100% recommend staying here! This property is absolutely gorgeous inside. Fantastic location one minute from the beach 10 minutes from the train station. The property was clean and well stocked. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again.

Logement à proximité des commerces, restaurants et surtout de la gare. La proximité de la gare fait que l on entend beaucoup les trains mais on finit par s y habituer. Notre hôte a été très réactive quand nous avons eu des questions et surtout nous a donné des instructions très détaillées pour l arrivée , le départ, les horaires des bus, les restaurants. Hôte très disponible.

This apartment continues to be one of the best airbnb experiences we have had. We now came twice and will be back for sure. Spacious, clean, fabulous host, in ideal location, walking distance to the center, but also in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended especially for a larger family looking to stay in Santa Margherita.

We had a wonderful stay at Ilaria’s place for just over 2 weeks with our 10 month old baby. The location is fantastic and we quickly got used to the stairs, which weren’t a problem. We loved the high ceilings and big windows but found we couldn’t really open them because of mosquitos, which attacked our baby on the first few nights after leaving the window open for a short time on the first afternoon, oh dear! The place closely resembles the photos, particularly the light, although there are quite a few more personal items and decorations since the family uses the apartment for vacations too. The kitchen and bathroom were clean but not super clean and this was the only place in our 7 week stay in Italy that didn’t provide things like body wash, shampoo, sugar etc, so that might be a bit annoying to have to buy these for a short stay. Overall we loved the apartment and had such a wonderful stay with loads of great memories. Thank you!

Fantastic location with a bus stop right outside, was able to get the shuttle bus to Riomaggiore in 10 minutes and avoid the crowded trains from La Spezia. Gloria in the shop across the road was very helpful with recommendations for day trips. Katia also provided fantastic recommendations for local spots that were less crowded.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben erst spät eine Anfrage geschickt, ob wir dort übernachten können. Uns wurde innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet und es war kein Problem so kurzfristig bei Federico und Eleonora zu übernachten. Wir wurden ganz freundlich in Empfang genommen und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und herzlich eingerichtet. Zum Frühstück wurden Croissants mit hausgemachter Marmelade zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank :)

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Olivio! Die Umgebung ist ruhig und wunderschön. Toller Blick aus Fenster auf den Garten und Dorf. Das Haus gehört zur Villa Unis. Jedes Haus hat seinen eigenen großen Garten Abschnitt. Trotz Gemeinschaftspool hatten wir ihn glücklicherweise für uns alleine. Das Haus ist kleiner als gedacht, war aber genau richtig für zwei Erwachsene und ein dreijähriges Kind. Es war sehr sauber. Das fussläufige Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, genau wie die Lage. Kata war immer gut zu erreichen. Weil es uns so gut gefallen hat, haben wir unseren Urlaub dort verlängert. Vielen lieben Dank-wir würden wieder kommen!

Caterina, nous a bien accueilli. Et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est très proche de la plage et d’une supérette. Un peu loin du centre ville mais des transports en commun sont disponibles très proches du logement et le train est à 15minutes à pieds. Le logement est très calme, très paisible. Il faisait chaud mais Caterina nous a apporté des ventilateurs. Merci pour ce séjour.

Virginio’s place is a good choice if you’re looking for a fully equipped apartment close to the beach! What we loved: - great communication and clear instructions - location is only 15min walk from the city center along the sea, very easy - the apartment was very clean and everything was provided - heating/AC works perfectly - a lot of storage space Good to know: - all doors are with matt glass, and there’s a little “window” between the bedroom and bathroom = if there’s a light on somewhere it inevitably comes into the bedroom - the apartment is on the ground floor + railway is near = some noise from traffic and trains Considering the price, quality and competition in Sestri Levante, we would recommend Virginio’s place!

consiglio vivamente l'appartamento di Mascia: ottima posizione, silenzioso, molto pulito. Mascia persona molto simpatica e disponibile. Sicuramente se verremo ancora a Forte dei Marmi torneremo qui, complimenti!

Super Lage, fantastische Weitsicht, traumhafte Gegend, super freundlicher Host. Bei Claes Gast sein zu dürfen, ist einfach wunderbar. Er hat uns mit einem Begrüssungs-Apéro überrascht, was wir gemütlich mit ihm genossen. Er ist sehr hilfreich, kennt die Gegend wie seine eigene Westentasche und kann deswegen tolle Tipps geben. Das Haus ist liebe- und stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Betten sind der Hammer, man schläft darin super gut. Den Pool konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da es zu kalt war. Aber wir wären trotzdem zu gerne hineingesprungen ... Jeder, der diesen Ort wählt, darf sich auf einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt freuen.

This place has everything one needs when looking for a vacation where our family with two parents and 4 grown kids could spend time together but still choose to have a secluded spot. Very clean (and I am super-picky…) fresh beddings, extremely comfy beds, large bedrooms with en suite large bathrooms. Kitchen so very equipped, we could cook anything we wanted, all needed utensils where there. The pool area was perfect. And the best part, so quiet and tranquil, and a nice walk to city center. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect holiday spot in northern Italy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nous venons de passer un magnifique séjour de 3 semaines en famille. Très belles vacances chez Claudio et son épouse. Hôtes serviables, accueillants, disponibles...tout en discrétion. 👍 Logement très propre et confortable. Le logement et ses extérieurs permettent de passer des vacances très agréables. La piscine et la climatisation dans tout le logement offre un confort idéal pour profiter du soleil sans souffrir de la chaleur 😊 La localisation permet de visiter, en voiture, beaucoup de sites Toscans et d'apprécier cette belle région. Et Claudio se fait un plaisir de donner les bons plans, les bonnes adresses...pour qu'on garde des souvenirs inoubliables 😊 Nous reviendrons sans hésiter 😃

Debby was a warm and responsive host. She sent clear instructions for self check-in and parking, which made our arrival very smooth. Having a private parking spot was a big plus—especially after struggling with parking in Bologna. The fee is fair and worth it. The unit is attached to the host's home, clean, nicely equipped, and comfortable. The mattress was a bit soft for us, but we still slept well during our two-night stay. The garden shown in the photos is shared with the host and another guest unit, which we didn't fully realize at first—but it didn't affect our stay at all. The location is convenient if you're exploring Cinque Terre by train and arriving with a car. The walk to and from the train station is a bit long, and at night it can feel less comfortable—something to keep in mind. Debby was kind and thoughtful—she even left us a bottle of wine and helpful local tips. Thank you for a lovely stay!

La casa di Carla è bellissima,rifinita. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e ha assecondato le nostre richieste. Ci ha dato il benvenuto con un ottimo aperitivo. Siamo rimasti tutti piacevolmente stupiti e soddisfatti. Non potevamo aspettarci di meglio. Torneremo di sicuro! Grazie Carla!

L'appartamente sfrutta nel migliore dei modi lo spazio disponibile. cucina molto attrezzata utensili, padelle, pentole di buona qualità. letti comodi, doppio bagno che per noi è stato fantastico! posizione a 1,5km dalla spiaggia dove si teneva la competizione. tutto perfetto, comunicazioni chiarissime, ringrazio molto andrea

Massimiliano e la moglie sono stati gentilissimi. Avevamo prenotato la casa per il finesettimana dell'8 dicembre da passare fuori, la casa ci ha fatto passare un bellissimo weekend

Soggiorno piacevole nonostante la giornata di pioggia! Alloggio comodo (4 adulti), pulito e vicino a tutti i servizi (noleggio, ski pass, ristorante...). Un grazie speciale a Daniela che ci ha accolto e seguito nel nostro soggiorno con discrezione ma sempre presente!

we absolutely loved it! we did not do too much research on Monica's Airbnb as we booked it a few days before our wedding as a little mini honeymoon and didn't have a lot of time.Thus it almost took us by surprise, how beautiful it is. We can recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful & relaxing get away and or anyone that wants to hike, mountain bike, do Canyoning and other such sports. The apartment is so cute, cozy and although the amenities are modern it has this romantic cabin vibe. The view is exceptional at any daytime and in any weather. Gaetano è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile a dare indicazioni. Abbiamo prenotato il monolocale con giardino per fare la ricerca pasquale della uova, tradizione nordica, e naturalmente abbiamo usato il giardino anche per un aperitivo pomeridiano. Il suono del fiume è costante. La strada è poco sotto, ma la casa è abbastanza alta perché non vi si faccia caso. Nei dintorni si può passeggiare a Bagni di Lucca, che è come un borgo dimenticato, circondato di acqua e sentieri - molto interessanti i ponti di tutta quella zona. Ho trovato il prezzo molto vantaggioso: il monolocale aveva un equipaggiamento completo. Grazie a Gaetano e a presto!
