The cottage was just what we needed for a short stay in Abergavenny. it's perfectly located to explore the town or nearby park, which ours dogs loved. The beds were super comfy too and the garden a gem.

Myself and my partner along with our two dogs stayed here and had the most wonderful time. The cabin had a real home from home feel, with absolutely everything thought out for us. The secure garden meant we could really relax in the hot tub with the dogs, and the lovely view down on the horse agility paddock meant we could enjoy our breakfast with a show! We would 100% come back here again, Victoria was super helpful and friendly, couldn't fault a thing except we didn't book it long enough!

Beautiful house very easy walk through the park to the nearby shops. Everything you could need for a weekend away handy and even a shop across the road for groceries! Good communication about the trip and real pleasure to stay here

Perfect getaway for couples and mountain lovers. We had an amazing stay at this charming home in Wales. It’s the ideal spot for couples looking for a peaceful escape and for adventure seekers wanting to explore the great outdoors. The house was cozy, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Best of all, it’s just a short drive to the Brecon Beacons, giving us easy access to some incredible hikes and mountain climbs. After a day of exploring, it was such a treat to come back and relax in the warm, welcoming space. The host was friendly and provided great local tips also. Highly recommended for couples who love nature and adventure!

A beautiful stay at this absolutely idyllic cottage. Janet and Mike are amazing hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Janet was brilliant with clear instructions on locating the property and was happy with a flexible check in for me with me working night shifts. The cottage is deceptively larger than it appears outside. Plenty of space to relax and unwind. The gardens and the birds were phenomenal. I even took a day off to enjoy this peaceful setting. I will most definitely be back to explore more of the countryside. The walk around the local reservoir was beautiful with stunning scenery and wildlife. Everything you could want and more. This was great for our rugby trip to Wales. We chose Pontneddfechan as we are actually from the nearby village of Cwmgwrach, but now live in the Lake District in Cumbria. 5 of us stayed here and were very happy with the location, in close proximity of everything we needed. We do this trip every 2 years. so hopefully see you again then . thank you

Loved staying here. It is on a quiet street, close to a park and the river. The cottage is really well equipped and designed, with everything you need for a long weekend. There’s a wood burner and other heating if you need it - very cosy and secure!

This was a family stay with elderly mum so the ground floor and general access was excellent. parking right outside. super clean. Sean was very accommodating to our needs and delivered everything we asked. loved that we had tea, coffee, milk,biscuits, sugar, ect also soap, towels shower gel, washing up liquid cleaning products. this all makes a lovely touch. Quiet ,so sleeping not an issue. would highly recommend.

We stayed at Sarah's as we were watching a show at the Wales Millenium Stadium, and it was fantastic. We could walk from Sarah's to a number of bars and restaurants and then it was a 10 minute stroll along flat, wide pavements from the stadium back to the flat. There was no need to worry about parking or sitting in traffic queues. If you are going to watch something at the stadium I would highly recommend this flat. It was great.

A beautiful, well-appointed large flat in a quiet area. We were not great walkers but found it easy to get to and from the town centre by bus. So good to have an off road parking space too as the surrounding roads are full of parked cars. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Liz's and would highly recommend if you're ever in Cardiff. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and we made use of it. I was also able to do some work with a desk and good internet connection. it was wonderfully decorated and we found ourselves distracted by all the artwork surrounding us. Liz was a fantastic host and we'd recommend to anyone.

Great place, just as described, short walk in to the town. Victoria was brilliant, very friendly and accommodating, a great host. Other reviews mention the stairs to the flat. I counted 55 but well worth the climb for the view alone, the best in Penarth. My 79 year old father managed it whilst staying here although did stop for a breath halfway up. He enjoyed the fact that he was easily able to wonder in to the town. Definitely recommend and will be coming back, thanks Victoria x

Lovely little hideaway just outside Cardiff minutes from M4 Great for us and our dogs everything we need just a few steps from a pub not that we went there as visiting family
