We chose Maureen's property for our 21st wedding anniversary getaway. It was everything and more than described. Our communication with Maureen and Matthew was incredible. The property and its surroundings are peaceful and quiet. The view is spectacular. Our time in God's beautiful creation could not have been better. We experienced rainy days and sunshine. Beautiful sunrises and fog. Watching thunderstorms from the sunroom shed a whole new light on the event. And the nearly full moon on our last night there was the perfect ending to a wonderful week. The house had absolutely everything we needed and more. Did I mention the communication with Maureen and Matthew was incredible? We have nothing negative to say about the property, its owners, or our stay. It's quite evident that Maureen and Matthew have poured their hearts and souls into their property and we are so grateful that they shared it with us.

This is the second year we’ve rented the round house for a golf outing, and it was just as perfect as the first time. The round house felt safe and welcoming, and the fire pit and grill were a huge hit. The house was clean and comfortable, and the view of the golf course was unmatched. The living room was spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. The two bedrooms on the main level are private and cozy, and there is great closet space for such a small house. Though the main-level bathrooms are a bit small, the lower-level bathroom has a great shower. Tracy is a gracious, responsive host, and she makes the decision to return to the round house easy.

Truly a beautiful home. Spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly maintained. Beautiful views of the mountains. Even though we were able to do less exploring and hiking in the area than we would have liked due to the snow and cold, we had a wonderful, cozy time up atop the hill there. (Rana warned us about the snow several days in advance, so we were mentally prepared). Hope to get back again sometime in spring, summer, or fall.

This was our third stay and we continue to love the space that Joyce and Leroy provide so welcomingly. Everything was perfect- they have the highest standards for their beautiful rental. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat. Our kids feel like it's home away from home.

This is our second time staying at the house. The house is very welcoming and homey. Very clean! Plenty of necessities. She always has extra blankets and plenty of essentials. Extra parking on street if needed. Close proximity to downtown Cumberland. Safe neighborhood. Will stay again!

Me and my friends had a great stay at the cabin! It was extremely peaceful and everything was just as listed. We especially enjoyed the use of the fire pits once it got a little chilly at night.

Heather’s place was beautiful and welcoming. The location is stellar! It was clean and welcoming and we felt right at home! I highly recommend this place if you are visiting the area.

Such a beautiful place! Feels like a privilege to stay at such a charming old house. Very comfortable, great amenities including a well-stocked, modern kitchen, and wonderful porches. Don't miss the clawfoot tub, too. Shelly is extremely responsive and friendly, very flexible and accommodating for us. She's great! There are neighboring houses but they are quiet, it's quite a peaceful spot. And the grounds are gorgeous. Highest recommendation!
